I know very little about the region, or wine in general. I did not know what to expect, but Aude is a terrific guide. She is very knowledgeable, without being overbearing. I know very little about the region, or wine in general. I did not know what to expect, but Aude is a terrific guide. She is very knowledgeable, without being overbearing. The opportunity to explore Eguisheim was a terrific one (it is such a beautiful village), but then there were the wines! Drinking so much wine (and so early in the morning) seems a little dangerous, but our two wineries were excellent! I would happily go againUnfourtunately, there isn't enought added value with respect to doing the tour by yourself. Only the driver.

Our guide was great and had a small group. Our guide was very informative and friendly. Visited 2 great wine rooms and felt like we were with old friends.

Aude was an excellent guide, very sweet and knowlegeable. She drove us to the 2 small villages we wanted to see, and walked us through while explaining their history. We then visited 2 wineries, and had a number of tastings. After, we had about 45 minutes to walk through the village and shop on our own before we returned. A very organized and enjoyable tour.

She took us to 2 delightful towns, including Eguisheim, and explained about the geology and wines in the region, and showed us and explained the history of the medieval towns. The wineries were well selected, the tasting was educational and fun, and it was a delightful experience. We had time to explore the towns on our own. I highly recommend this tour.
