I had the lovliest tour with Diana! The company was great, really efficient and superb with their communication; I was contacted the day before to confirm timings and pick up, then again on the morning of the tour, so I felt comfortable that everything was so organized. On the day, Diana and the driver couldn’t have been nicer! They went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my trip, were informative and knowledgeable about the sites we visited and they were really flexible, stopping at places I wanted to see and taking lots of pictures of me, which was lovely, as I was travelling alone. I feel like I’ve made a real friend in Diana and it was the perfect tour to start my trip in Kazakhstan. I’m already planning my next trip there and will certainly book through this company, and ask for Diana, again!Our guide, Yerbo was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Просто потрясающие экскурсии на английском языке. Даже самый привередливый гость остался доволен. На экскурсиях группа увидела самые популярные места города. Побывали в Парке Первого призедента , на Шымбулаке, Кок Тобе, Медео, поднялись на Горельник. Природа просто великолепная, воздух чистый, не возможно не влюбится в этот город. Хотелось бы поблагодарить нашего гида за очень внимательное отношение к каждому, за индивидуальный подход, за подбор того что нам было нужно. Я заказывала 2 экскурсии для группы, изначально это должны были быть другие места, но природа внесла свои коррективы, так как была угроза ЧС и проезд в Алма Арасан был закрыт, нам скорректировали маршрут , предложили несколько вариантов решения. При выборе экскурсии от первого до последнего этапа идёт полная информационная поддержка. Очень советую к выбору, мои гости остались в полном восторге.Gulzat is an extremely knowledgeable guide. She is humble and honest. Always prompt and her price is reasonable. She doesn't make you go into souvenir stores or anywhere else to make you buy things. Every vendor in the green market knows her in case you want to make a purchase.
