I booked a tour of Sri Lanka of 9 days for my wife and 5 years old daughter with Blue Lanka Tours. They came recommended to us by colleagues, and boy they did not disappoint! From the very first email they were fast, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even though it was a public holiday Reshani at Blue Lanka Tours sent us a detailed proposal in no time, and was very helpful in tailoring the trip to our needs, also if that included going to accommodations they had not been before. From booking to departure Reshani was in regular contact with us, and upon arrival was even there to greet us personally at the airport! The guided tour of the island was amazing, with our knowledgeable guide and (important!) very safe driver. They were great with our daughter and went out of their way to make sure she was looked after (i.e. spoiled!). Highlights of the tour were the visit to the Elephant Freedom Project, Nuwara Eliya, the train ride to Ella (we booked 1st class, but 2nd class - as Reshani had predicted - would have been much better) and the Udawalawe safari. We ended the tour with a relaxin stay in the Anantara Hotel in Tangalle.Kmsalvany

In fact, we spent a full two weeks “tour” around the most important points to visit in Center - South - East and South of the Island ( but I did not find this option in TA menu). Sri Lanka excised my expectations. It worths at least this two weeks without doubt. The “political problems” that occurred those days in Colombo didn’t disturb our plans nor the enjoyment of our activities. The Tourism is always well cared and takes priority. The organisation of Blue Lanka Tours was excellent and the role of our guide (Dilshan) and our driver (Siluna) were outstanding. The people of Sri Lanka were all time very kind and warm. And the food is excellent too (a very spicy 🌶 for me, but always good to try something different). I can recommend “Grilled Jumbo Prawns” 😜drlittlegem

Yala jeep safari was just one of the activities organised by Blue Lanka . We toured around this beautiful island at a time when Sri Lanka needs tourists more than ever to help its economy. Sri Lanka is full of contrasts of interest to tourists- and whatever you are looking to experience- cultural, religious, activity, beach or nature, Sri Lanka has it. Travelling with Blue Lanka and our guide Shan and driver Chaminda, we experienced a variety of aspects of Sri Lanka, feeling safe and secure and well informed. We were able to direct and change plans without and problem- nothing was too much trouble, and Shan went the extra mile to ensure political difficulties did not impact or affect our tour. Other experiences included ballooning, cookery courses, whale watching, visit to turtle hatchery as well as tours of the cultural triangle and tea plantations and opportunity for visits to the beach. The hotels were all luxurious with pools. Sri Lankan people are welcoming, happy, friendly and honest and anxious for tourists to return after the ravages of the pandemic. Dinesh, Blue Lanka’s director was only a phone call away to deal with anything and visited us personally on the day of arrival and departure. I would encourage all tourists considering Sri Lanka to consider using Blue Lanka.milind k

I have just completed my Shrilanka tour for 15 days. As all eastern coastal area is major part [Jaffna to gale to Colombo] of tour i carefully selected local SriLankan travel agency "Bluelanka tours and travels". As i have many major health issue (CABG ,CKD and Knee replacement issue)i already inform regarding this to concern and I was assured that Bluelanka will take care of me and i confidently can say Bluelanka did it. Special instructions has been given to driver and shofar Mr. Sarth Vikramsinghe and he did his job very properly. during full tour of 15 days his cooperation, help, caring nature and attitude is batter and appreciable. After seeing my health limitations he was always ready to help me .This is my second tour of Shrilanka. after seeing my interest Mr. Sarth was always ready to manage to reach that sites which i suggest. There is not a single movement he did not shows his refusal for any of my suggestion. Bluelanka management was also with touch almost every day during tour and enquire about my tour and issues. Its also appreciable that Bluelanka celebrating my marriage anniversary with cake and decoration in hotel and make of 37th anniversary very memorable for us. Thx Bluelanka. As a frequent traveler l understand situations and limitations of tour organizer. Fortunately no any major problem arise in our tour. There were no surprises, again Reshani delivered everything as promised.
