We learn about this shopping district and also use it to access not one, not two, but a total of THREE different "standing bar" restaurants over the course of the evening! Your food and drink is included at each stop too, as is friendly conversations locals will strike up with you. We also explore other interesting local spots not related to food, but very much indicative of how locals like to spend their evenings.

He made sure everyone 7 people were feed and had their own drink of choice at each of the three bars. We personally had a little trouble finding him at the beginning meeting place, but most Japanese people will gladly help you find your destination...

It was a booze fesr dressed up as a food tour. Food quality at 2 of three stops was not even mediocre. Further value for money, variety of experience and knowledge of host (who in fairness seems like a great guy) were all lacking.

You’d think at this price the company running this would have known that many of the restaurants they frequent would be closed for the public holiday and thus saved us wandering around for hours looking for food. I almost felt sorry for our guide, but sorriest for all on this tour who were left hungry, with more to pay as apparently only 2 drinks are included and we all had 3.
