We have been renting chairs and cabanas from Alvaro Arias since he started his business. He has AKWAYS treated us fairly, with respect and given us top notch service. His zero gravity chairs are awesome, and his cabanas , the best. They keep sun off, and allow us to spend countless hours on the beach. Since Dani Arias has joined him, the service is even better and her delightful way of responding to any concerns we have is quite remarkable. The two of them are awesome and they work tirelessly to make our time enjoyable. We have booked excursions, and they were great, Dani is very skilled at picking the right tour for our group. She tends to every detail, which is refreshing, we are just along for the ride. The rest of their team work like wheels on a cog. Everyone is quick and tends to their own job. They all meet our every need. We will only use this dynamo team for our trips and beach fun.Alvaro and Dani booked us a tour to Ostional for the arribada. Henry and Eric picked us up from Playa Flamingo - they were on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. We stopped at an authentic Costa Rican restaurant on the way - everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. We arrived at Ostional and met Gilbert who is a biologist. He was our guide on the beach and explained the arrival process, laying eggs and then we watched as a turtle swam in and completed the entire cycle - INCREDIBLE. My wife and I were in town for our honeymoon from the USA and we had a great experience with Your Best Beach Concierge. Rigoberto was our guide and Jamileth was our driver and they were both great. They really went above and beyond making the day a lot of fun and teaching us about the history and culture of Costa Rica. They would pull over to show us exotic animals in the wild wherever they could find them. We had extra time so they took us to a supermarket to get souvenirs and to another location to see and feed iguanas. They were also very professional and were on top of Covid protocols. I recommend this tour and company to everyone!Alvaro and his sister helped us design the perfect birthday for our teenage boy! The day began on the beach, two jet skis were delivered for our boys to use for an hour, then we enjoyed the waves and sunshine for a while. Alvaro and his sister helped us design the perfect birthday for our teenage boy! The day began on the beach, two jet skis were delivered for our boys to use for an hour, then we enjoyed the waves and sunshine for a while. On top of the cabana and chairs, Alvaro provided an ice-filled cooler and twice sent an associate to the store for waters, beer, and soda of our choice. In the afternoon, he took us to a local cliff-jumping spot. Our boys and my husband both enjoyed several jumps! We had a late lunch on the beach as Alvaro arranged for a local restaurant to deliver our food and drinks to us (no extra charge). Our day ended with a beautiful sunset. We could not have asked for a better day! Alvaro and his crew were "at our service" for over 8 hours and we wanted for nothing the entire time! We truly learned what "Pura Vida" means!
