Stop At: Alcazaba, Calle Real de la Alhambra Conjunto Monumental de la Alhambra y el Generalife, 18009 Granada Spain
Our first stop will be at the Alcazaba de la Alhambra, ancient fortress of the Royal Guard of the Nasrid Sultans, being able to have a 360º view of all of Granada from its towers (Sierra Nevada, Center and Cathedral, Albaicín and Sacromonte)
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Palace of Carlos V, Alhambra, 18009 Granada Spain
One of the most beautiful Renaissance palaces in Spain, residence of the Emperor Charles V
Duration: 10 minutes
Stop At: Nasrid Palaces, Calle Real De La Alhambra, 18009 Granada Spain
The reason why the Alhambra is considered the Eighth Wonder of the World. The Nasrids wanted to fight against the Christians using words, rather than swords. Once covered in gold, silver and ivory, after being looted by Napoleon, they were brought back to life by Washington Irving and his Tales from the Alhambra.
Our guide will be in charge not only of translating their messages that have been there for centuries, but also of explaining what happened in the Alhambra by recreating different areas shown through an Ipad.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Palacio El Partal, Calle Real de la Alhambra 2, 18009 Alhambra Spain
Our visit continues through the Gardens of the Alhambra: Once was the area where the high class resides, and also a place which inspired many Romantic writers and artists to capture for eternity the amazing views.
Duration: 20 minutes
Stop At: Generalife, Granada, Spain
We will conclude our tour visiting the marvellous summer residence of the Alhambra. Endless gardens where the water from Sierra Nevada flows under the glance of ancient cypruses, where the views to the Alhambra and Granada are breathtaking.
