The caves are extremely beautiful and our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. The road to Ajanta was very poor and we felt sick the second day. But it is a worthwhile experience.

We did the Ajanta and Ellora cave tours this past July. Hrushi, the tour company's owner, met us in our hotel lobby and introduced Pankaj as the best guide in Aurangabad—we believe it! Pankaj was incredibly knowledgeable and eloquently answered all of our questions during the tour. Pankaj was able to explain the stories behind each cave and painting. His expertise (he's been giving tours for more than 10 years) was quite helpful in ensuring we didn't miss any interesting sights along the way (which others would have easily overlooked). One of Pankaj's special touches, was chanting inside one of the Ellora caves (which had heavenly acoustics). Would highly recommend this tour to travelers who only have a couple days in Aurangabad. Pankaj will help you make the most of your limited time in Aurangabad.j0sak

The driver managed well against partly under-constructed road to Ajanta Cave in order to make the guest feel comfortable.
