we did the Half day Private Tour in the Athenian Riviera. we were met promptly at 9am by Christos at the harbour, and we were welcomed warmly to the catamaran by him and Nikki. They explained the safety instructions very well, showed us where we can place our things, and were served a nice selection of drinks and bread as a small snack before we began the tour. Christos was wonderful, pointing out to us the different areas of Attica as the catamaran was gliding along the Aegean blue. He informed us of the day's plan,where we will drop anchor,how long we can swim,and why the islands were named as such. Nikki was very warm and lovely,making sure all of us were comfortable. She prepared an amazing lunch for us, and everything tasted amazing and fresh. they were so thoughtful,they even surprised one of our friends with a birthday cake, since her biryhday was a day earlier than our trip. Truly touching and it shows the extra mile that they are willing to take to make sure that the experience is wonderful for everyone. we truly enjoyed the sailing day with Christos and Nikki, and we truly hope to be able to do this again. It took a while to find the meeting point, Hotel Vaya is not operating, it's closed. It is merely a location pointer. We found our way to the Yaght and was warmly greeted by our host and captain. They were lovely. If you are lucky like we were, there were just four of us that day. We were pleasantly surprised to be fed a three course, freshly cooked meal! Traditional Greek food! Was divine. Highly recommend it, as a relaxing sail around the islands. The captain skill fully navigated the yaght through rough waters and brought us to port. You don't need to bring much, just yourselves as towels, food, drink and snorkeling gear is provided. We were lucky to have our own cabin to have a snooze, if we needed. Highly recommend it! Het was ontzettend gezellig en voelde erg privé aan. We kregen meteen wat te drinken en typische Griekse koekjes. We kregen i...
Wij werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de schipper en de kok! Samen hebben ze een topdag verzorgd voor ons. Wij waren met zijn tweeën en er waren nog drie anderen aanwezig. Het was ontzettend gezellig en voelde erg privé aan. We kregen meteen wat te drinken en typische Griekse koekjes. We kregen informatie over de verschillende eilanden en de Schipper sprak erg goed Engels en Duits. We kregen maar liefst twee maaltijden, deze waren heerlijk! De zwemstops waren perfect en we hebben aan het eind van de dag zelf nog kunne zeilen. Er is eigenlijk altijd wel schaduw aanwezig op de boot, wat erg prettig was met de warme zon. We booked a semi private day yacht trip with Yacht hop prior to us leaving the UK for a holiday in Lefkada. The trip took place on 1st July 2022. We were met at the agreed mooring of the yacht by the captain Dimitris and his wife Katarina who were very friendly and spoke excellent English we were joined by a young Romanian couple who also spoke excellent English and we enjoyed having constructive conversations with them The day was absolutely fabulous Dimitris a superb skipper his explanation of the rout we were taking the islands we were sailing to and from the swimming stops were great. Katarina prepared our food which was Greek meze and later in the day was seafood pasta this was again superb with unlimited drinks. In all an absolute brilliant day if we return to Lefkada we will defiantly go on the yacht again
