Overview

Hokkaido boasts the largest amount of buckwheat production in Japan
You will enjoy making soba noodles, a tradition from the Edo period, using high-quality soba noodles.
After the experience, you will be served two kinds of seasonal Japanese sake by the owner, who is a master of tempura and a sake master.

Japanese people have a habit of drinking sake when eating soba.
In Japan, it is called soba-mae.
After enjoying soba before, finish with soba.
Also, there are many customs to order tempura as a set with soba.
The combination of tempura, sake, and soba goes well together, and is characterized by a well-balanced meal.

Taste the soba noodles you make yourself, the tempura made by a Japanese chef, and the two types of sake selected by a sake taster.

*Inquiries: Since our restaurant operates as a handmade soba restaurant during lunchtime, we may not be able to respond to inquiries on the same day.
Also, regarding the start time of the experience, if you are late, you may inconvenience other customers who have started the experience. If you can't come by the start time, we will treat it as cancellation without notice.
