Gail was terrible. So disappointing. We were done in one hour. Minimum information was given. Example: walking by the Bull, we had to ask about it, otherwise, nothing. My son and grandson went on Statue of Liberty tour today. Their guide imparted so much information about 9/11 on that tour that we never got from Gail. So disappointed, as 9/11 tour was the reason we came all the way from California. Time for her to retire. It was a great jumping off point for our lower Manhattan escapades. We followed this with a ferry ride to Liberty and Ellis Islands, and continued the day by checking out Wall Street, City Hall, and a walking the Brooklyn Bridge. Check out Liberty Bagels too. 😋
