I booked at extremely short notice and heard back from the operator almost immediately. We wanted to see the North of the island and our amazing driver Angelo made every effort to ensure we saw as much as possible during the day. He spoke brilliant English and couldn’t have been friendlier. We stopped for a great lunch by the swimming pools at Garachico and went right over to the forest at Anaga. Thank you so much for a really enjoyable day. We packed so much in and couldn’t recommend more highly.dantoral

If you are renting a car in Spain, I have to warn you. Perhaps this is a one time situation and I had bad luck, but I happily pass on my experience to any interested reader. Please, read on. I made my reservation with Budget through Booking.com to rent a car in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. When I got to the rental office across from the railway station, it was closed eventhough it was well within their published opening hours. A sign was hanging inside the glassed door that literally said "Volvemos en 10 minutos. Back in 10 minutes". Of course I have a picture to prove this point. I waited for one hour and a half for anyone to come and open the office. No one showed up. I called Budget's customer service number, but they were not able to help, as they can't directly call the office. They gave me the office phone number, but obviously nobody answered. I decided to go to Budget's airport office (at my own expense). Of course, they did not honor the reservation, instead offered me a higher level car at a higher price. I have to say that my original reservation was already paid for through Booking.com. So I thought it was going to be very complex and risky to cancel and go to another car rental. Had I not paid in advance, I would have rapidly gone to the Hertz or Europcar rental offices at the railway station. The agents at Budget's airport office treated me like a crook, as if I was lying in relation to the railway office being closed. But, in the end I had to accept their terms and bad treatment. After all, I was in the middle of my vacation in Spain. So, beware of Budget in Spain, and in general, beware of car rental agents at Budget car rental agencies in Spain. They made me lose 3 precious hours of my trip, and £180 more in rental fees.yvesk435

je suis très satisfait des prestations de CICAR. J'ai voyagé sur les îles Canaries en juillet 2023, en passant 4 à 5 jours sur chacune des îles Tenerife, La Gomera, La Palma et el Hierro. Pour chacune j'ai loué une voiture à CICAR. J'avais réservé à l'avance mais on ne paye qu'à la prise en charge du véhicule. Les agences sont présentes partout, les ports et aéroports, de plus on peut prendre la voiture à une agence et la déposer dans une autre. Le mieux est de prendre l'assurance tous risques sans franchise. Les premières fois on m'a demandé une petite caution pour le carburant, vite remboursée par virement quand on rend avec le réservoir au même niveau. Le personnel est aimable, professionnel, efficace et sympathique, et fourni même une carte de l'île. C'est vraiment une compagnie à recommander pour louer un véhicule sur les îles Canaries.T7110GIchristianc

superbe tour pour le teide passant par masca parc national revenu par la cote nord voiture privée mercedes electrique chauffeur, Paco, parfait tres a l’ecoute parlant tres bien français, et en plus très sympathique nous a parfaitement expliqué la geologie de l ile, la botanique aussi très intéressant et la vie sur cette ile, nous avons ete époustouflés par le parc national del Teide, nous avons beaucoup voyagė a travers la planete mais c est vrament à faire en plus très beau temps. si vous voyagez comme nous demandez Paco vous ne serez pas déçu faire une excursion dans ces conditions c est le rêve
