Kirin was a fantastic guide and had us laughing the whole way. It was obvious she cares very much for the horse and was very good with her. We will definitely be booking again next time.We had a blast! We have 3 children with us & they loved it. Ollie our tour guide was extremely friendly & did a great job answering our questions. Our horse Sam was a great listener & loved us petting him. We were extremely late getting off our ship & they still helped us with our large group of 3 carriages. Highly recommend this tour,!Emma and Mac (MacIntosh) led us on a fun and memorable tour of Victoria. Emma and Mac (MacIntosh) led us on a fun and memorable tour of Victoria. We were a party of 6 adults, including 3 senior citizens with only a 5 hour stop in Victoria as part of an Alaska cruise. It would be great for kids too. Emma was cheerful, had interesting and fun stories about the places she showed us, and most importantly, handled MacIntosh expertly. If there are between 2 to 6 in your party, booking your own private carriage tour is a better deal than going on the cruise line's trolley tour. You get your own carriage, and you save money. The tours generally start and end next to the Parliament house. We had Hannah as our guide and Utah as our horse. Very professional and informational. Would definitely recommend. Good if you want to do something but don’t have a ton of time.
