Bad communication honestly no communication got to boat and informed wrong boat because it's 3 boats there but was misinformed. I think boat was at capacity and I had a large party but to make a long story short don't book!

You couldn’t hear the tour guide because the mic malfunctioned. There was no seating. The entire tour was unorganized. It was a complete waste of my money. I will never book this again.
