What to expect
Your Buggy rental includes roundtrip transportation if staying in a hotel that we service or Cruise port, so please choose pickup location.
You will cover lots of ground and capture a real feel for life in Nassau, the most amazing island of the Bahamas.
You can drive-by and visit the Queen's Staircase, a stone stairway of 65 steps, one for each year of Queen Victoria’s rule; The Water Tower, built in 1928 to maintain water pressure in Nassau; Arawak Cay, named after the original West Indian inhabitants of the islands; the local hangout referred to as the “Fish fry, ” which is a cluster of popular restaurants and bars where you can find Bahamian delicacies and one-of-a-kind drinks.
You can drive to Fort Charlotte, the largest and most interesting of the three forts found in Nassau. The fort was built in 1789 by Lord Dunmore and named in honor of the wife of King George III.
You can also choose to visit Bahamar, the newest and largest development in the Bahamas where you will find some of the most popular hotel chains.
You can visit the Caves, formerly known to house the ‘Lucayans, ’ residents who lived on the islands of the Bahamas around the 10th century until the Christopher Columbus time. The Caves are now home for the Buffy Flower Bat also known as the Fruit Bat
Old Fort Bay, a gated community where many celebrities reside such as Sean Connery from the famous James Bond movies, should definitely be on your places to visit in Nassau.

- Guests with neck, back or hip ailments, those who have had recent surgery and pregnant women will not be allowed to operate a Jeep or be a passenger in a Buggy
- Stroller accessible
- Guests under the influence, or appearing under the influence of alcohol or other substances, will not be allowed to operate a Buggy
- Guests will be required to sign a rental contract at check in and leave a damage waiver of $500.00 per vehicle.

My friends and I chose the 6 hour buggy rental. Everything from booking to picking up was a breeze. The staff member who came to pick us up at the ferry gate was super friendly and nice. He pointed out landmarks along the way to the office so we could remember how to get back when returning our vehicle. Pickup was easy. The staff were helpful, welcoming and friendly. They gave us an overview of the vehicle, driving and some landmarks to look out for and a map to boot. You can have 2 drivers which was nice. The buggy was clean and well maintained. It drove really well and was a great way to see the island. We drove out to love beach and back and explored parts of the island we otherwise wouldn't have (with the music blasting too!) It was everything we hoped for! After the rental they dropped us off. The driver, Roy, was super friendly and we enjoyed chatting with him on the way back. I highly recommend this company. Easy to book, nice vehicles and customer service is top notch. Thanks bowcar! Will definitely rent again when we come back Note for anyone renting: if you're coming back from the west side for 330 drop off leave early. We got stuck in some insane traffic that turned a 15 minute drive into a 45 minute drive!krishindas

Our experience was fantastic from start to finish! The easy booking on Tripadvisor, the prompt pickup at our hotel by a friendly and informative driver, the thorough explanation of the check-in process, the spotless, practically brand-new UTV, check out process and ride back to our hotel could not have went smoother. We were a little apprehensive about driving on the main roads as we are not used to driving on the left side of the road but we quickly adapted and had an amazing 8 hours. We went to a beautiful practically secluded beach (Jaws Beach), drove around looking at the sites, ate at a neat little restaurant and even did some grocery shopping while away from our resort. Even though we were provided a map by the tour agency we got a little turned around once and a friendly local stopped to help us get back to where we wanted to be. The buggy was easily able to keep up with traffic and once away from the city we were able to slow down and take in the sites. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Nassau! It was a great way to get a unique, self-guided experience customized to our family. We were a family of 6 ranging from 72 to 12 and everyone agreed it was well worth the money!E5812JAsamanthaw

Our family rented a buggy during our cruise stop in Nassau. Since we got into the port early we figured this would be the best way to spend a day in Nassau. And it was such an amazing experience! We were picked up right on time at the port, given a buggy exactly as described, with a full tank, a map, and all the necessary instructions, and lots of great tips on where to go. We had a blast driving all around the island, getting to any place, beach, exploring Paradise Island nearby - everything was a breeze! We got to see so much, and returning the buggy was super easy too - we didn't have to worry about refueling it, just dropped it off, and were transported back to the port right away. We got picked up at our hotel, brought to Bowcar, given a map of the island and was told to go have fun. It was exciting driving on the opposite side of the road. We drove around the island and did site seeing on our own. Had lots of fun with the wind blowing in our hair. There was no blue tooth that we could find which was fine. There is no radio either but that was fine as it's too difficult to hear anyway with the open sides.
