What a day we had. Totally recommend this cookery class if you want to learn, have fun, meet other people and just want to do something different with your day. Rosie our host ,and top chef ,was so kind and welcoming from the minute she picked us up to the minute we waved goodbye. Visiting the food market was so interesting as we didn’t have a clue what 90% of the things being sold there where! The organic garden was just beautiful and again felt very welcomed there. As for the food..... it was all delicious. Rosie and her cousin Blue guided us with food preparation and once again made it fun . Recommend this cooking course to everyone of all abilities and ages.It was a wonderful experience! Thanks for making good memories with my mom. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much

We then had an in depth cooking class, showing us how to make many traditional Vietnamese dishes, with lots of opportunities to eat the food we made along the way (of course!) We had a great group, a real “family cooking” vibe and learnt lots about Vietnamese food and culture
