So much so, that I stayed a total of four months to include 500 hour YTT! and I missed them tremendously...Even though I planned my stay in Nepal for four months, I stayed there (NYH) 98.93247% of the time because I considered/adopted them as my family. Absolutely all of the staff/teachers were very knowledgeable and sooooo loving. I would advise everyone of all walks of life to experience what they have to offer which is more than a typical class/course...it is home. To them, I want them to know that they are truly missed and loved; and I can't wait to come back. Thanks for providing a loving setting and hugs/kisses to Pallepi and my other "grandchildren", Swheta, Prakash, Anita, Tirtha, Shanti, Benita, Ramit, Pakat, Yogi Raj, Deepandra, Ram Hair, Manoj, and all of the staff! I did a 500 hour yoga teacher training here, and really do not regret it for a second. This place for me has been a place of love, acceptance and growth. I came in as a caterpillar and went as a butterfly. :) I felt like I have been given so much knowledge, such a strong foundation from which to continue. And that in a very loving and supportive environment, both with the students as with the teachers. Where before I was unsure of the path I was taking, now I feel like it totally is where I belong. A big thanks to the teachers for opening up my mind, soul and heart - and for showing me that I can do anything I want to do. I feel blessed with all the love, support and care from everyone there. <3I had a great time at Nepal yoga home. Teachers and staff members were very nice, kind and helpful, making me feel very welcomed! I met so many wonderful new friends there, it’s the start of my yoga life! Nepal Yoga Home delivered in guiding me through their 500 hour yoga teacher training. I learnt so much about yoga than I ever knew existed, that it extends so far beyond the physical practice than I could have dreamed. The guided meditations were so gentle, I thought I may struggle in this area but found myself looking forward to and enjoying them. The asana (physical) classes were a highlight, with the teachers showing me ways in which I am capable of moving, I wouldn’t have exceeded at so quickly on my own. The philosophy and Ayurvedic learning part was wonderful, I learnt so much interesting and useful information! It was overall a delightful experience and one I will always hold close to my heart. It is a fantastic place to learn more about yourself, and become a qualified yoga teacher in the process! The location is fantastic, a short 15 minute motorbike ride into Thamel, and the food served at the yoga home will leave you feeling satisfied in your tummy and taste buds. Thank you to Prakash and family, and the whole team at Nepal Yoga Home!
