What to expect
Deep sea trolling for palegic species such as Tuna, Mahimahi, Wahoo, Sailfish, Spanish Mackerel, etc. Or cast for GT. We also offer bottom fishing and jigging.

What an amazing day on the water. After being picked up on time by my transfer I was taken to meet the crew. These guys had such great knowledge of the water that I immediately knew the day was going to be a success. Within the first hour we had hooked onto a barracuda. But the best was yet to come. Shortly after we found a school of yellowfin tuna and within seconds all rods were on. I couldn’t have asked for a better day out. And I would not hesitate to book again the next time I’m in Fiji. My only regret was that I didn’t book in a longer fishing session.There we were, bright sunny day, dark blue water, no idea what to expect.. But our two guides, Shaquille and Georgie, knew exactly what we were getting into. It started off slow, we were trolling for an hour or so and Shaquille suggested we bottom fish for a bit. There we were, bright sunny day, dark blue water, no idea what to expect.. But our two guides, Shaquille and Georgie, knew exactly what we were getting into. It started off slow, we were trolling for an hour or so and Shaquille suggested we bottom fish for a bit. Georgie took down all 6 rods and Shaquille threw out the anchor. It took about 15 minutes to get settled, but just as soon as we were, Shaquille made the call to go trolling again. He saw a school of tuna, so immediately Georgie packed up and recast all the trolling rods. And sure enough, we caught tuna. It was a great experience. My point of all of this is, they aren’t just guides, they are legit fisherman trying to catch fish. Not just take you out on a boat. These dudes catch fish. We ate some excellent tuna that night and next day! It was an amazing experience with two of the best guides in Fiji. We can’t wait to go back! Sigatoka Fishing Charters is the only way to go!Awesome fishing trip .....in testing and trying conditions Dan, George, Almeed and the team were fantastic.......the 2 - 3mtr swell would have discouraged any avid fishermen though the boys perseverance and dedication helped us land some nice fish. Not the flashiest looking boat or biggest companies.....but rewarding the resilient Fijians is all part of being neighbourly. The Fish bar at our resort cooked up several great dishes with some of our fish for us the next two nights and we were so happy to also be able to share some of our catch with great locals as well. great communication from Dan made booking the trip so easy.. we had a really fantastic morning with Bob and Georgie. Up and early with a taxi arranged to meet us at the resort. Friendly team met us at the beach and then Georgie and Bob took us out. Expectations were managed and options to troll for Yellow Fin Tuna or bottom fish the reef were given. Had to go for the tuna and within 30 mins we were hooked up. Georgie and Bob helped me and my two kids hook and land our first tuna and we had an amazing time. 5 rods all with fish on was such a rush. Cheers guys a truly memorable day.Was a great trip the crew worked hard to make sure we found fish. Eventually hooking a tuna and mahi-mahi. Afterward we went bottom bashing and hooked a coral trout.
