Stop At: Cape Spear Lighthouse National Historic Site, 1914-1930 Black Head Road, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador A0A 1J0 Canada
For a moment, you’ll be the easternmost person in North America. We’ll experience the power of the wild North Atlantic crashing against the rocks, the historical points of interest including the massive cannons installed to defend North America in WW2, and ascend to the lighthouse, with the most spectacular views anywhere.

Just outside of St. John’s is the quaint, working fishing village of Petty Harbour, home to Great Big Sea singer Alan Doyle,

Stop At: Portugal Cove-St. Philip's, Portugal Cove-St. Philip's, Newfoundland, Newfoundland and Labrador
An off the beaten path coastal town on the Conception Bay shore overlooking the beauty of Bell Island, . Here we’ll stop for a feed of freshly caught seafood cooked up by the locals at By the Beach.

Stop At: Signal Hill Road, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador A1A 1B2 Canada
We’ll ascend iconic Signal Hill, home to Cabot Tower, with unparalleled views of St. John’s, her harbour, the North Atlantic Ocean, Fort Amherst, and Cape Spear. From up here, we can see for miles!
Duration: 20 minutes
Stop At: Quidi Vidi, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador Canada
We’ll stop here towards the end of the tour should we have time. We usually have time:)

The tour was great! George picked us up at our location which was so convenient. We’ve been here many times before but we learned so many new things. He gave us context, history, facts, and local lore that we hadn’t known. He was flexible, thoughtful, easy going and friendly. The sites we went to were representative of St. John’s best - the perfect way to see a lot of St John’s at one time. The fish and chips was fabulous.
