We were booked for the 4hour morning tour to visit the ice and snow paradise. However, our family advised that we do this at night, which we did. So when the lovely Joanna arrived the next morning we informed her that we already visited the ice and snow paradise. She immediately made arrangements to change the schedule. She then took us to see the ice sculptures in the park, we visited the monument for the people who drowned after flooding, after that we were on time to watch the 10 am swimmers diving into the icy waters of the river. After that, she took us to visit the tigers at the Siberia Tiger Park. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Her English is good and she shared all the valuable information as we went. She frequently checked on us because the morning temperature was way below 0 degrees (-20 degrees) and to accommodate us she frequently made pit stops to visit curio shops, just to warm up again. She took us back to the hotel after the four hours and then kindly inform us of restaurants to visit in the vicinity of the hotel. Thank you, Joanna, for a very enjoyable tour.
