A unique possibility therefore to discover the beautiful Modena hills and taste two of the most famous DOP products in the world: Parmesan and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

What to expect
We will visit a dairy where Parmigiano Reggiano Dop is produced and I will take you through a complete journey to discover all the phases of the creation of Parmigiano Reggiano.
We will enter the dairy during processing and witness the making of the Parmigiano wheels. We will then have the opportunity to taste it right there where it is produced.
Afterwards we will move on board our e-bikes to a beautiful vinegar factory where Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced and after the visit we will be able to taste different types of vinegar.

Le visite alla fabbrica di parmigiano reggiano e alla cantina dell'aceto balsamico sono state molto ben organizzate e molto interessanti. Una giornata che io e mio figlio ricorderemo con piacere. We booked this on our second last day of a one-month holiday - and it was a highlight of a month in Italy and Croatia. Travels arrangements were made to pick us up in Modena and after a short mixup in finding our ride, we were on out way to what was an amazing day! Marta and Allessandro were our guides and they were amazing. They spoke perfect English and made our day a perfect pedal through the hills surrounding Castelvetro di Modena. Could not have been happier and could not recommend them more!
