- If your arrival to Aswan is so early, so we will start the tour direct upon arrival as Cruise check in at 12:00.
- Prices are quoted in U.S dollars, per person per trip and valid, except during Christmas, New Year, Easter holidays.
- Sometimes due to sailing conditions on the River Nile, Nile Cruises itineraries schedule and sailing time maybe updated.We assure that our clients will see all what is on their itineraries but maybe in different order).
- If the trip to Abu Simbel cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30USD per person.
- If the Hot Air Balloon trip cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30USD per person.
- Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures.
- A child less than 6 years is not allowed for the balloon trip.
- If you want to have your own room, then you need to book for a single person.
- If you are traveling in a group of 3 people, you will enjoy one triple room.
- If your traveling in a group and wanted to have your own room, then do a separate booking for a single person.
- The tour ends on the last day in Luxor city around 4 to 5 pm, so evening departure is recommended.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

This was one of the best experiences we had while travelling in Egypt. Everything was well organised and balanced. They provided pick up and drop off, so all the administrative aspects regarding commuting to and from the boat were covered. One must understand that this is not something trivial in Egypt. The food on the boat was good with a great variety of choices. The rooms were clean. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The schedule was well defined, balancing quite well sightseeing and relaxation/recovery time. I say recovery time as some days you’ll have to wake up as early as 3-4 AM (the day with the trip to Abu Simbel and the day with the hot air balloon trip). Despite the early wake up time, everything was worth it. The highlight of our trip was by far our amazing guide Ahmed!!! If you have a chance to choose your guide and you go for the English speaking one, ask for Ahmed Abass. We couldn’t have asked for more from a guide. His English was very good, he kept everything concise, focusing on the important parts, so that one is not bombarded with a lot of information and details all at once and is able to absorb the information and carry it for a long time. He was very friendly and understanding, despite the various types of characters present in our group. 😁 All in all, it was a great experience and everyone visiting should do it. The 4-day cruise on the Nile is highly recommendable. You get to see so many different sights which include temples, graces (Vally of the Kings), and a magnificent hot aur ballon ride. The people on the ship are very friendly and are trying their best to make your time on the boat as pleasebt as possible. The food was way better than we had expected and the room does the trick. We would like to give a special mention to our Guide, Ahmet, who was brilliant. He focuses pn the essentials when visiting the soghts and gives tips and tricks on how to nabigate this sometimes tricky country. 5 Stars - would recommend for everyone whos interested abput learning about the anicet Egyptian culture.
