Visit of the Medieval city of Guérande, its ramparts, and the salt marshes which were a large part of France's economy!

My wife and I booked a 4 day tour with Wine Geometry and this was by far the best part of our 2 week trip to France. Silvan our tour guide is so knowledgable about the area when it comes to the history of the castles and all of the vineyards you will travel too. We ate at some of the best restaurants in Blois including three Michelin star restaurants. The Vineyards we saw had an amazing selection of wines each having there own unique styles. Silvan very passionate about wine and really takes into consideration of the vineyards he brings you too. If you are going to Lorie Valley and you enjoy food, wine, and history this HAS to be a tour booked on your agenda. WillJistace34

Un parcours très bien dimensionné par Sylvain qui nous a permis de découvrir le Val de Loire pour la première fois ! Nous avons apprécié ses connaissance oenologiques pour découvrir les vins de loire : Chinon, Saumur, Touraine-Amboise et Cour-Cheverny ainsi que les exploitants et domaines locaux....

My husband, friend and I vacationed with Wine Geometry. Sylvain was a phenomenal guide! His passion & expertise in wines & the history of the chateaus we visited came through! The history of each chateau we visited was fascinating & what made it interesting is how engaged Sylvain was in our tour! We were amazed at the amount of information he shared with us! His expertise in wines was such a great learning experience for us! We were able to learn about the entire process of making a bottle of wine! We were able to taste some of the best wines in the Loire Valley! Что первым приходит на ум когда мы говорим о Франции? Paris, tour Eiffel, Notre-Dame de Paris, Les trois mousquetaires... Список у каждого свой. Но есть и другая Франция - Франция замков и виноградников, маленьких селений, будто застывших во временах крестовых походов и винокурен, Франция гастрономии и вина. И вот что бы увидеть такую Францию, познакомиться с ней ближе, лучшего гида чем Сильван вы не найдёте. Блестяще образованный, полиглот, сомелье безмерно влюблённый в своё дело и страну, он откроет вам прекрасный мир Французского вина, щедро сдобрив его приправой истории, которой в Val de Loire пропитан буквально каждый камень. Я имел удовольствие гостить у Сильвана и Ирины в начале сентября, не могу назвать это размещением в отеле, потому что это приём в семью, настолько тепло, по доброму и с обволакивающим комфортом я жил. Для меня это очень важно - после насыщенного событиями, интересного дня возвращаться домой. 4 дня программы пролетели мигом, и когда пришло время уезжать, я впервые пожалел об этом. Никогда ранее не чувствовал, что возвращаясь на Родину, по сути уезжаю из дома. За эти дни я побывал на разных винодельнях, и это всегда были не туристические места, продегустировал вина различных доменов, научился понимать разницу во вкусах вин разных терруаров и многое другое. Каждый день это было новое вино и обязательно замок, с не менее интересной историей в пересказе Сильвана. Поездки по долине Луары, её великолепные виды и дегустация вин, легко возбуждают аппетит и вот здесь вас будет ждать сюрприз - всегда новое место для обеда или ужина. Обязательно с местной изюминкой, как например Ресторан Деде булочника в Шиноне, где вас встретит сам хозяин, угостит вином и свежеиспечёнными лепёшками к нему или Мишленовский ресторан в Блуа, где вы насладитесь изысканным ужином и великолепным видом на Королевский замок. Несколько дней это ничтожно мало для такого места как долина Луары и в следующий раз я обязательно приеду на больший срок, что бы увидеть и узнать как можно больше. Редко пишу восторженные отзывы о местах где бываю, но в данном случае удовольствие которое получено от тура, от общения с Сильваном и Ириной, стоит гораздо больше заплаченных денег, если вообще измеримо в материальном эквиваленте. Да, кстати о деньгах....запасайтесь ими, потому что устоять и не купить добрый десяток бутылок отличнейшего вина, у вас не получится. Я возвращался в Москву гружёный вином, как маркитант Grande Armée
