Itinerary
Day 1: Surabaya to Mt. Bromo
Stop At: Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, East Java, Java
Bromo Ijen tour will start at 11.00 am (after breakfast) from Malang/Surabaya, our staff will pick you up at the meeting point such as hotel, train station or Airport. Then direct drive to Cemara Lawang for about 2.5 hours to reach your Bromo hotel. Arrive at your accommodation at Bromo approximately 4 pm.

Stop At: Madakaripura Waterfall, Sapeh, Lumbang Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, Probolinggo 67238 Indonesia
During the trip to Cemara Lawang Village, you may stop at the Madakaripura waterfall as an optional tour. Extra charge involved with IDR 150k per person.

Day 2: Mt. Bromo to Bondowoso
Stop At: Ijen Crater, Banyuwangi 68454 Indonesia
Morning call at 03.00 am and your Jeep driver is ready to wait for you for Bromo Sunrise tour. You will be standing on the sunrise spot named the Kingkong Hill which is 2600m above sea level and you will be there about 04.00am.
Before bromo sunrise, you may have a cup of coffee or tea in the small stall on this area as morning break and its included. The sun rises at 5.30 am, and when it comes, its time for you to fill your memory card with the awesome scenery of Bromo mountain range. The tour continue driving to Bondowoso for Ijen. You will be staying at hotel in Bondosowo which is the closest regency from Ijen area. The tour at the second day is done from here and free program.

Day 3: Bondowoso to Ijen Crater Finish Ketapang Harbor
Stop At: Ijen Crater, Banyuwangi 68454 Indonesia
Wake up at 03.00 a.m. and prepare to travel to the Ijen area; the drive will take around 1.5 hours to reach the Ijen parking lot. You may arrange any items that you will need while hiking, and if you are ready, hiking will begin.
It takes around 1-2 hours to go across a 3 km long track that are 200 meters flat, 150 meters steep, and the rest is semi-flat. When you reach the top, you must continue to follow the guide to explore the region. Not only do tourists enjoy the panoramic view of the lake and sunrise from the summit of Ijen, but sulfur miners also work there.
Then return to the parking lot for a morning coffee break at a little coffee shop in the Ijen area and a simple breakfast. After that, transfer to your next destination. Drop off points include Banyuwangi Airport and the ferry port if you wish to travel to Bali or back to Malang/Surabaya. The tour will finish about 10 a.m.

From the moment we were picked up at our hotel until safe delivery to Lombok ferry in the harbour of Ketapang, we were in competent hands of the guides sent by East Java Paradise Travel to support us in The Central and East Java. Our guides Wulan (Yogyakarta) and Abel (East Java) as well as our driver Dika have been outstanding - everything was arranged as agreed, always on time (important for us), safe and carried out with smile and in positive mood. At every stage of our journey we got help, explanation, fun and tons of interesting information. Wulan took us to a beautiful sunrise and lead us through the wonders of Merapi, monumental Borobadur and Prambanan. That wa amazing! Later, at the hands of the youthful and very nice East Java team consisting of Abel, Dika and Fendy (Ijen), we enjoyed new beatiful sunrises at East Javan volcanos - Bromo and Ijen, trekking to their tops: in a more funny way at Bromo and in an exciting night trek in search of blue fires at Ijen. A lot of sweat but... everything nicely arranged and well carried out by our young and comitted guides :-) We also appreciated the flexibility of the team which made it possible to visit some ad hoc targets: beautiful waterfalls (Madakaripura) and coffee plantation Kopi Kalibendo. Our experience with this company is excellent from the start of contact to the end of our 3 N/4D tour of Ijen Bromo with waterfall. Their service and price is excellent. We had FENDI as our guide and RIZAL as our driver. They are ever so helpful, courteous, punctual and smiling. Rizal is a confident, careful driver. Felt safe. He is also excellent in taking us to excellent places for meals. Yoga was our contact person. Very clear and prompt and answered our energy question. The hotels they give us are good especially the last one which we weren't expecting. The air-conditioning of the first vehicle malfunction which was not his fault and Yoga was apologetic about it and assured us of better vehicles. He was good on his word. Thank you Yoga. Mt Ijen and Bromo are not to be missed. Not too much trouble to get to but the views are incredible. We had a glorious sunrise experience. I would have missed Ijen if not for FENDI who convinced me to go even though I was not fit to walk as there are trolley taxis available. The experience to be up on the crater of a live volcano is incredible. I highly recommend these guys. I highly recommend the tour. 10 out of 10.
