What to expect
Itinerary
Day 1: From Ouarzazate to the M'Hamid desert: Agdz, Draa Valley, Zagora, Tamegroute
Stop At: Tamegroute Pottery and Handcrafts, N9, Tamegroute 45600 Morocco
Stop in Zagora for lunch (free, not included in the price)
In Tamegroute, a stop is planned to visit the Koranic library, the underground kasbah, and the green pottery factory.
Duration: 1 hour
Meals included:
• Dinner: A dinner including starter, main course, dessert, will be served to you by our team. Moroccan cuisine based on fresh products.
Accommodation included: Dinner and overnight at the bivouac of Sahara Peace in small bungalows built in rammed earth, a traditional material.
Day 2: From M'Hamid to Chegaga.
Stop At: M'Hamid, M'Hamid, Souss-Massa
At daybreak, camels await you for a short ride. You will be able to discover the desert from a little higher!
Duration: 45 minutes
Stop At: Erg Chigaga، Morocco
After breakfast, we continue the tour. We stop for lunch and arrive in Chegaga in the afternoon. The highest dune site in Morocco welcomes us for the sunset. Evening meal and overnight in a bivouac in the middle of the desert.
Duration: 20 hours

Day 3: From Chegaga to Ouarzazate
Pass By: Foum Zguid, Foum Zguid, Guelmim-Oued Noun
After breakfast, we leave Chegaga by the track of Foum Zgid.

Stop At: Tazenakht, Tazenakht, Souss-Massa
Stop for lunch (free, not included in the price) in Tazenakht, the carpet capital.
Back to Ouarzazate
