Itinerary

Day 1: The oases of the South and their heritage | The Valley of Roses in Kelaat M'Gouna | The Dades Gorges

Stop At: Kasbah Amridil, Ouled Bourasse, Skoura Ahl El Oust 45502 Morocco
We leave in the morning from Ouarzazate to the Oasis of Skoura (40 minutes drive) where you can discover an inhabited palm grove unique in Morocco. During this detour, we will stop at the Naciri family, owner of Kasbah Amridil, and take a tour of it. A real gem of Oasis architecture.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Vallee Des Roses, El Kelaa M'gouna 45800 Morocco
After Skoura, we continue by road to the village of Kelaa M'Gouna and take the track that crosses the valley of roses and the road of a thousand kasbahs. Change of scenery guaranteed!
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Dades Gorges, R704 Atlas Mountains, Boumalne Dades 45350 Morocco
When we arrive at the end of the morning at the Dadès Gorges, you can eat and then go for a walk in this magnificent natural, authentic and preserved place.
Duration: 2 hours

Meals included:

• Dinner: Dinner will be served in your evening accommodation, convenient and relaxing after a long day.
Accommodation included: Accommodation and meals at Riad Dar Bab Todra or equivalent depending on availability.


Day 2: Todra Gorges | Ziz and Tafilalet valleys | Camel and Bivouac in the Sahara in Merzouga

Stop At: Gargantas del Todra, Tinerhir 45800 Morocco
After breakfast, departure for a walk in the Todra gorges and its majestic cliffs as well as the palm grove of Tinghir. A start to the day in an idyllic setting where wild nature and rocky mountains blend perfectly.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Erfoud, Erfoud, Meknes-Tafilalet Region
After your walk in Tinghrir, we will leave for the desert! On the road we will stop at Erfoud, an authentic Berber town to enjoy a good meal before starting the rest of the journey towards the dunes of Merzouga.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Pass By: Erg Chebbi, Erg Chebbi, Meknes-Tafilalet Region
Once in Merzouga we will do a piece of track in 4x4 to join our friends the camels. Here we go for 1 hour on camel back to reach our comfortable bivouac for the night. Dinner under the starry sky and an unforgettable sunset are on the program for this magical evening.

• Lunch: Lunch in Erfoud, on the road to Merzouga, in one of our partner restaurants.
• Dinner: Dinner at the bivouac under the starry Sahara sky
Accommodation included: The bivouac will be provided by "Ideal Desert Camp" or "Sahara Star Luxury Camp" depending on availability.

Day 3: The road of 1000 Kasbahs | Track of old caravans and discovery of Berber villages

Stop At: Rissani, Rissani, Meknes-Tafilalet Region
After your breakfast at the luxury bivouac, we will leave by camel (1 hour) to join the 4x4. Once this is done, we will take the road to Ouarzazate passing through several emblematic villages. The first is Rissani, the former capital of Morocco several centuries ago, a historic stopover in Berber land.

Stop At: Alnif, Alnif, Meknes-Tafilalet Region
Further on the road, stop at Alnif, stronghold of the manufacture of traditional Berber daggers.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Tazarine, Tazarine, Souss-Massa
Last stop before the meal in the village of Tazarine
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Nkob, Nkob, Souss-Massa
Here you are in Nkob, a village renowned for its many traditional kasbahs. You can stroll there and have a good meal.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Draa Valley, Zagora 45600 Morocco
Let's go for the discovery of the Draa Valley, its caravan route, which bears witness to a rich and prosperous era in the region. You will be able to see the many palm groves and oases, as well as the fortified villages that make it famous, striking landscapes!
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Anti-Atlas Mountains, Agadir Morocco
Before arriving in Ouarzazate at the end of the day, we will end up taking the roads of the Anti Atlas, a chain of mountains with a certain charm. We will pass by the Tizi N Tinfifite pass (1660m) with its sumptuous viewpoints before finishing our road in Ouarzazate shortly afterwards and thus closing our circuit with you.
