I have taken a tour around Issyk Kul Lake with Ash and Sascha in the beginning of April 2023. As an experienced traveler myself, I am extremely confident to give this Tour the best review possible. It all starts with an excellent communication from Ash. He took the time to reply to my messages and emails, giving me as much information as I wanted and always with great precision and an impeccable English. It was clear, from the very beginning, that Ventura Tours was not an ordinary agency. Ash is here to really give you the best personalised service in Kyrgyzstan. The Tour itself was very well organised. I did not feel pressured at all and could always walk, hike and visit at my own pace. It is an organised tour, but you have a lot of flexibility in your itinerary. It is amazing how little the world knows about the beauty and the diversity of the landscape of Kyrgyzstan. I have spoken with many tourists in the Yurt Camp where we stayed but also at the airport and on the plane that was bringing me back home via Istanbul. I shared my experience and my itinerary with them, telling them what I visited and how. All those who were travelling without guides said that they were probably missing out on many things on the way around Issyk Kul. And even those with guides were actually amazed when I told them how good Ash and our driver Sascha were and what we had visited. I have also heard their stories and their experience on their tours. And from that, I can confidently say that the service offered by Ash has a professionalism level that is definitely and clearly unmatched in Kyrgyzstan. The Hotel and the Yurt Camp where we stayed at were authentic, clean and had very welcoming staff. Ash always chose restaurants that offered typical authentic food. I always had water and snacks on the road. The organisation from Ventura Tours was outstanding. Also, a big thank you to our driver, Sascha, who was always in a good mood and smiling. He brought me on off-roads terrains to admire the splendid beauty of Kyrgyzstan pristine nature.I had the most amazing time on a solo tour with Ash and Alex. I had the most amazing time on a solo tour with Ash and Alex. It was my second time in Kyrgyzstan so we decided to adjust the itinerary a bit. I had to fly out of Almaty, Kazakhstan and Ash was very flexible and arranged for a driver to pick me up from the border and drive me to the airport. Everything was just perfect and definitely one of the most memorable trips ever!I did a private tour of 3 days with Ash and Alex and it was absolutely fantastic. I did a private tour of 3 days with Ash and Alex and it was absolutely fantastic. Ash prepared a fantastic itinerary and he maximise the time to be able to see as much as possible. Alex is a fantastic driver and even if he does not speak English at all we understand each other. They were both a fantastic company and we had lots of fun together. The restaurants and hotels included in the program were great too. I can fully recommend Ash company to organize your tour in Kyrzygstan. This 3-day tour was a total gem. This 3-day tour was a total gem. Everything went smoothly and we really appreciated the fact that it was a private tour. Our guide, Begimai, was terrific in every aspect. She spoke great English, was sociable (but considerate!), ready to answer our questions, show us around, and make modifications according to our wishes. Even though there were four of us travelling, the company still booked us a van which meant that we had lots of space during the drive. We also want to praise the driver, Jyrgal, for his careful driving and always putting safety first. The three days were intense but there was always enough downtime to recover in between the sights. All in all, it was an unforgettable experience; we would never have seen all these sights on our own. Cheers from Estonia! We have just returned from this 3-Day Tour and we want to repeat it again and if we can we would like to spend more days (5 or 7) there! It was exciting! We have just returned from this 3-Day Tour and we want to repeat it again and if we can we would like to spend more days (5 or 7) there! It was exciting! Our journey started in Bishkek in a Tayota Sequoia large off-road car. Guide Alexander tried to show us the best places in Kyrgyzstan. He told us that he can stop anywhere we want to take a photo. And he knows every beautiful corner, every path and stone among the mountains. Nature is wonderful, every valley is picturesque. We really liked the places that the tour team chose. All expenses are included and you do not need to take your wallet with you during the tour. You won't be able to visit all these places without a guide, because many of them are hidden from popular routes. Among the mountains, you realize that your problems are too small compared to the age and size of the mountains. Alexander brought us to several picturesque places on the way back. We took tons of photos and our friends are jealous and now we have only one desire - to repeat it all!
