Overview
The majority of the students can go as deep as 15-20 meters within 3 days. The skills you will get during the course will help you to reach this depth in the safest and most comfortable way.

What to expect
Freediving Level 1 course is an important, smooth and measured introduction to the soundless world of freediving. Everyone is welcomed to take this course even if this would be their first experience of water activities. It is a perfect opportunity for you to build a connection with water and start to enjoy being in it.
You are going to have 3 days of study starting at 8:30 am till 16:30 pm (including a break for lunch). The course includes the theoretical and practical sessions on the land, 2 confined water sessions, and 3 open water sessions.
At the end of the course, most of the students can hold the breath more than for 2 minutes and can dive as deep as 15-20 meters on a one single breath!
No previous experience required!
You only need to be able to swim to participate in the course.

Готовьтесь не только к практическим, но и теоретическим занятиям, которые очень нужны в понимании процессов адаптации тела к подводной среде. Кирилл, владелец студии, очень интересно дает теоретический материал. Постоянно дает обратную связь во время практических занятий, объясняя, на что стоит обратить внимание при следующем погружении. Делится богатым опытом в практике йоги. Понравилось как структурированы занятия. Курс в этой школе, вероятно, чуть дороже чем в других, но это 100% оправданно т.к. именно тут продолжительность курса дольше именно на столько, чтобы успеть более глубоко усвоить материал, получить существенный практический результат. У ребят есть масса инструментов работы не просто с абсолютными новичками, но и с людьми со страхом глубины, волн и др. За время обучения в школе я прошла трансформацию от страха и неумения к удовольствию и уверенности в воде и под водой, за что сердечно благодарю)Прекрасная команда, самое удачное расположение, захватывающие погружения и многое-многое другое! Proffessional and friendly instructors. Guys have very nice atmosphere in Freedive Nusa like at home. They took care a lot about my studying process and my state as well, answered to all my questions and were really hospitable. Very good skill to explain complicated things in a very easy way. I felt myself in safety during the deep session despite the fear of depth (which almost disappear after the course). Equipment was in a good condition, guys have lots of small and important things which make the freediver's life easier.The good mood of instructors, the learned skills, the trainings, the professionalism and family ambient.... A very good choice...In 5 days , i could dive to 30 m... They can learn the same in russian, english, spanish, partuguese... Freediving dont know frontiers... :)

This was my second course with Freedive Nusa, having completed my level 1 several months prior. The whole setup is great. They have a couple of open sided classroom areas, swimming pool, changing areas, lockers and showers. They even have their own boats, giving flexibility to run courses and pleasure dives at the same time. The instructors are exceptional, being very knowledgeable, professional and approachable throughout. I never felt pressured or rushed at any point. The sea is literally across the road and only a few minutes from the deep sea training sites. My instructor was Artur for both courses and was very impressed with the level of instruction received from him. Thanks Artur.
