I was stopping by Bordeaux to go to London the next day, so I decided to do a whole day vineyard tour. The price was a bit pricey but it was so worth it. As a wine fanatic, I must say I drank more than I expected and also learned so much of the different types of wine and our guide Hugo made sure we didn’t miss out anything about Bordeaux. We had a little tour to Saint Emilion in the morning, then went to three different chateaus in 2 different regions. Lunch was pretty decent with more wine at the agency. Also after our last tour, Hugo gave us another bottle of wine to share between the group. At the end of the tour I was pretty drunk. Best €150 I ever spent. We have enjoyed many different wine tours in several different countries (and on three continents), but this was by far the best. We have enjoyed many different wine tours in several different countries (and on three continents), but this was by far the best. Quentin was a first class guide, who led the tour with care, being fluent in English and equally caring of all his guests. He was knowledgeable and the tour was cleverly planned to introduce visitors to different aspects of the wine culture in each of the three chateaux we visited. The wines were wonderful, and the individual chateau guides were expert in their fields. St Emilion was lovely and everything was made all the better by Quentin’s company. My husband and I booked the 2 wine regions within a day: Saint-Emilion and Medoc because we previously read that both regions were very different. My husband and I booked the 2 wine regions within a day: Saint-Emilion and Medoc because we previously read that both regions were very different. So glad we did! Saint-Emilion was a very picturesque town to explore followed by a trip to a Chateau for a tasting and tour of the grounds. Medoc was more wine focused with tours and tastings at two separate Chateau's. It was a great tour overall, but the best part was our tour guide Quentin. Quentin was extremely knowledgeable about Bordeaux and both wine regions and was very personable. We had a great time spending the day with him!We had a wonderful day exploring both SaInt-Emilion and Medoc with our incredibly knowledgeable and friendly tour guide Quentin. I highly recommend this tour.

We found this tour online and booked it before leaving Vermont, USA to visit Paris and Bordeaux. The meeting spot in Bordeaux was easy to locate and we were warmly greeted by Beverly, our guide for the day. We visited three chateaux and had a wonderful walking tour of Saint-Emilion. Beverly handled introductions smoothly and the hosts at the chateaux were welcoming. We learned a lot about wine making in the region, making us more appreciative of what we sampled. The snack and lunch were excellent. There was occasional rain, but that didn't dampen the fun. Beverly expertly drove the 8-passenger van through the countryside while discussing wine and answering questions. A great experience that we would recommend to anyone!I really expected way much less, but I ended totally loving the tour! The visit to Siant-Emilion was quite short but lovely. The wine was good. I really expected way much less, but I ended totally loving the tour! The visit to Siant-Emilion was quite short but lovely. The wine was good. At the first Château I learned a lot of wine production, and teasted 2 diferent wines. In the second Château they let us taste like 3 different wines, and the person in charge seems really charming and super prepared! I recommend the tour :)!
