She had a high level of information on Mont Saint Michel throughout its history. She was not rushed and took her time answered and questions . Highly recommend this tour.

Despite the reviews of the tour guide cancelling, I booked this tour hoping for the best. It fit our family's needs and appeared to have some positive reviews. However, we received a message the morning of the tour that the guide cancelled due to a "strike". The tourist service, UTG, did refund our money but offered no back-up option. We were disappointed and will not use them again.Advertised as 2 hour tour. 90 minutes at best. False advertising! Please change the name to 1.5 hours generic walking tour.

Our guide Lisse was diligent about finding us, which we greatly appreciated. She was friendly easy to understand and very knowledgeable. She provided exactly what we needed. Perfect weather also helped provide a good experience.
