Overview
Enjoy a unique kayaking experience on this Small-Group Guided Glass Bottom Kayak Eco Tour of Rock Springs in Florida. Begin your tour with a quick tutorial on basic paddle instructions and information about the tour ahead. Your kayak tour will last approximately 2 to 2.5-hours depending on the speed of our group and any wildlife we may see along the way. There will be plenty of opportunities to stop and take pictures at several of the picturesque stopping points along the way (there will even be a couple chances for you to get out and enjoy the refreshing Spring water!) The first half of the paddle will be upstream towards the headspring of Rock Springs and the second half will be a gentle coast back to our launch point. Be ready to learn unique facts about the area and spot the local nature and wildlife along the way. Animals you may see: turtles, birds, fish, otters, deer, alligators, and more!

Stop At: Rock Springs Run, 400 E Kelly Park Rd, Apopka, FL 32712-5356
We will start the tour at King's Landing and paddle into a unique part of Rock Springs Run known as "Emerald Cut". This portion of the waterway is a beautiful greenish/blue tint with tree canopies overhead. There's a hidden jump platform that we allow guests to take a leap from if they choose.

- Weight Restriction: 425 pounds per boat (two guests) and no more than 250 pounds per seat (individual)
- For every minor participating, there needs to be an adult to accompany them within the kayak. Children must be at least 3yrs old to participate.
- Each of our kayaks are tandem (made for 2 paddlers). However, the seats are removable and if you have an odd number of paddlers in your party we are able to accommodate the kayak as a single. Keep in mind, the same 250 pound PER person weight limit still applies even if taking a kayak as a single.
- We agree to practice social distancing. Please keep a safe distance of at least 6 feet from guests in another party. We commit to not pair you with a guest from another party and to perform enhanced cleaning measures in between tours.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking

We had an amazing trip! Kayaking is not our forte (infact neither myself or my partner are particularly water savvy) but we had a great time here and really enjoyed ourselves. Our tour guide Ashley made us feel safe and at ease, she was so lovely and told us lots about the spring and educated us ...

The most Incredible tour and best way to experience rock springs hands down. Jeremy was the coolest guide we ever had and was patient, funny, knowledgeable, and as a medical professional I felt so safe having him as our guide. Skip the lines to Kelly park and go this way!
