What to expect
Day 1: Cairo / White Desert A
Stop At: Black Desert, Giza Egypt
At 07:00 in the morning your tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo and transfer you to Bahariya Oasis about 350 km east Cairo this journey takes about 4 hours, lunch will be served at local restaurant at Bahariya oasis.
Then continue driving to visit the Black Desert and the natural hot spring of Valley of El Haize, then drive to see the quartz crystal at Crystal Mountain, and the rocky formations in the Valley of Agabat.
Continue driving to the White Desert National Park the most well-known desert destination in Egypt – and for a good reason. The quantity of unearthly and beautiful wind-carved rock formations shaped in the form of giant mushrooms or pebbles is unequalled in any desert in the world. Transfer back to the campsite at Al Haiz for overnight stay.

Day 2: Bahariya Oasis / Cairo
Stop At: White Desert, Farafra Egypt
after having our breakfast at the camp we start to be ready to drive back to the oasis then maybe we could have a shower then we take our transport back to cairo.

Tamar and his friend/collegue were well spoken in English, which we were very happy about because a few days earlier we had another excursion with a guide that we couldn't understand when he spoke English in an Arabic way. For this excursion we did get picked up at the hotel in Giza by a driver who didn't speak English at all, but after about a 4 hour drive we were well received by Tamar and his collegue and had a very nice meal before driving to the black and white desert. Tamar and his friend/collegue gave us time and space to experience the places we visited. At moments even baby sitted our 6 month old daughter, so we had a little time where we had our hands free. It was though at times to take our young little girl with us, because of the bumpy rides, rough terrain and taking care of our babies needs, but it didn't stop us from doing this trip and experiencing these amazing places. And I am very glad we did. Also they cooked us a very nice dinner when we were in the desert. It was a great trip. I especially loved crystal mountain, which is a great place for meditation and the white desert, with its amazing scenery. In the future we might revisit these places and do a more than 2 day trip so we can enjoy crystal mountain longer, maybe meditate there for a whole day and afterwards have more time in the white desert.
