SUMMER ITINERARY : We depart from the Big Apple heading north where we will pass the beautiful Delaware Water Gap to Watkins Glen State Park in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. Walk through Watkins Glen Canyon to visit the beautiful waterfalls and then continue to Niagara Falls passing Seneca Lake, arriving in the late afternoon .

Stop At: She-Qua-Ga Falls, S Genesee St., Montour Falls, NY 14891
WINTER ITINERARY goes to Montour Falls instead of Watkins Glen State Park
Duration: 20 minutes
Stop At: Niagara Falls State Park, 332 Prospect St, Niagara Falls, NY 14303-1106
Tour the US side of Niagara including the American Falls, Goat Island and Luna Island.
Duration: 2 hours
Stop At: Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls, Ontario
For travelers interested in crossing to Canada, they will now cross the border while those that stay on the American side with have free time to enjoy the falls before both sides see the evenings amazing light show known as the Illuminated falls. After this everyone will have free time in the evening to enjoy the local attractions before returning to the American side for the night.

Leaving the hotel, hear the thundering water of Niagara Falls. See the magnificent Horseshoe Falls up close and experience the power aboard the Maid of the Mist (May-October). During winter until April when the Maid of the Mist is closed we tour the Power Vista Hydro-Electric Station and the Cave of the Winds.

At noon we depart south to New York State. On the way to New York, enjoy a shopping excursion at one of the large outlet malls along the way (Crossings Premium Outlets or Waterloo Premium Outlets), find your own bargain with brand name stores for less. Evening return to New York.

- Montour Falls will replace Watkins Glenn Park during winter months when it is inaccessible

- Luggage is limited to one piece and a small carry on per person - no restrictions on size/weight.

- Maid of the Mist is available from mid-May until mid-October. Please have in mind that the start of the summer season is subject to weather conditions.
- Hotel Accommodations: Ramada by Wyndham Hotel or for travelers that must remain in the USA side, Comfort Inn “The Pointe” or similar. Please note specific hotels mentioned not guaranteed
- Wheelchair accessible transportation must be requested in advance
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- All passengers are required to have proper identification when entering or leaving the United States. For entry to Canada, it is the passenger’s responsibility to make sure in advance that visa requirements are met
- Passengers without the proper travel documents to cross and enter Canada can still join this tour. In such event, the passenger will remain at the hotel on the United States side of the Falls and will not join any part of the tour that will take place in the Canadian territory. You will be able to join the boat ride on the Maid of the Mist as this departs from the American side of the Falls. You will get to see the American Falls and the Canadian Falls from the boat. During the winter months, when the Maid of the Mist is not operating, you will be able to walk to the Falls on your own. There are no substitute attractions on the America side of the Falls. Outlet shopping is located on the American side and does not require a Canadian visa or passport

I was worried that I was going to cut short my trip to NY if I did this tour! It was worth it- Bus trip with frequent bathroom/sightseeing stops helped tremendously with my 6 & 7 year old- my 14, 15, and 16 year old loved it!! Lot of history in between!! Driver and guide were amazing as well as the itinerary. What we were not satisfied is that Viator in the confirmation mail and web link to download the ticket didn’t mentioned at all the requirement to do a PCR test to cross the boarder and go to Canada to see Niagara Falls from there. What we were not satisfied is that Viator in the confirmation mail and web link to download the ticket didn’t mentioned at all the requirement to do a PCR test to cross the boarder and go to Canada to see Niagara Falls from there. Why in the confirmation is Not mentioned anywhere? PCR test in Niagara costs more than 200$, while in NY are free. Just knowing that would solve the problem.Lena_P

The tour was amazing, all the stops were just beautiful. The guide was very knowledgeable regarding the stops but also had recommendation for NYC. We had time to take pictures everywhere.
