Day 1: Keflavik Airport to Reykjavik City Hotel Accommodation

Day 2: The Reykjavik Tour in 24 hours

Day 3: Golden Circle: This tour takes you on a day trip to see the Geysir, Gullfoss and Thingvellir National Park.

Stop At: Thingvellir National Park, Thingvellir Iceland
You will spend your time encountering a cross-section of Iceland's natural wonders and geological phenomena at Thingvellir National Park, an area of historical and geological significance.

The Geysir geothermal area boasts spouting springs, including Strokkur, the most active geyser in Iceland.

At Gullfoss you are given the opportunity to stand next to the amazing waterfall, watching enormous quantities of water tumble violently into a deep, meandering gorge.

Day 4: South Iceland

Stop At: Skogafoss, Skogar Iceland
Skógafoss is an iconic Icelandic waterfall, it is the starting point of the Fimmvörðuháls hiking trail over into Þórsmörk. The waterfall was also used in filming Thor: The Dark World and The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

Stop At: Seljalandsfoss, Hella Iceland
Seljalandsfoss is part of the Seljalandsá river, which has its origins in Eyjafjallajökull glacier. What makes Seljalandsfoss so famous and interesting is that you can walk behind it. We recommend you bring either a raincoat or a waterproof coat along if you want to walk behind it.

Stop At: Glacier Lagoon, Skaftafell National Park Route 1, Jokulsarlon 781 Iceland
Huge blocks of ice constantly break off the glacier, Breiðamerkurjökull, and large icebergs float on the lagoon. The lagoon is not very wide but it is up to 250 meters deep which makes it the deepest lake in Iceland. Breiðamerkurjökull is an outlet of the Vatnajökull glacier

The Diamond Beach is a strip of black sand located by Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon.Here, the icebergs which fill Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon wash up on shore, standing dazzling and defiant in stark contrast to the black sand beach.

Day 5: Goðafoss – Dimmuborgir - Mývatn Nature Baths – Námaskarð – Grjótagjá – Skútustaðir - Akureyri

Stop At: Godafoss, Akureyri Iceland
Goðafoss is a waterfall in northern Iceland. It is located along the country's main ring road at the junction with the Sprengisandur highland road. The water of the river Skjálfandafljót falls from a height of 12 metres over a width of 30 metres

Stop At: Dimmuborgir Lava Formations, Lake Myvatn Iceland
Dimmuborgir is a large area of unusually shaped lava fields east of Mývatn in Iceland. The Dimmuborgir area is composed of various volcanic caves and rock formations, reminiscent of an ancient collapsed citadel (hence the name). The dramatic structures are one of Iceland's most popular natural tourist attractions.

Stop At: Námaskarð, 660, Iceland
Námaskarð Pass is a geothermal area on the mountain Námafjall, in north Iceland, less than half an hour's drive from Lake Mývatn. It is located by Route 1, which encircles the country. Connected to the Krafla volcano system, Námaskarð is home to many hot springs and fumaroles.

Stop At: Grjotagja Cave, Road 1, Reykjahlid, Lake Myvatn Iceland
Grjótagjá is a small lava cave near lake Mývatn in Iceland. It has a thermal spring inside. In early 18th century the outlaw Jón Markússon lived there and used the cave for bathing. Until the 1970s Grjótagjá was a popular bathing site.

Grjótagjá was used as a location for filming the fifth episode of the third season of Game of Thrones, called "Kissed by Fire".

Stop At: Lake Myvatn, Lake Myvatn, Northeast Region
Private return transfer for domestic airport in Reykjavik and take a flight to Akureyri in the North of Iceland. Your guide is waiting for you at the airport in Akureyri. During your lake Mývatn tour, you will visit the Skútustaðagígar craters | Dimmuborgir | Grjótagjá | Námafjall | Goðafoss. At the end of tour you will be dropped to Akureyri Airport for return flight to Reykjavik & private transfer to the hotel

Day 8: Lava Tunnel

Stop At: Lava Centre, Austurvegi 14, Hvolsvollur 860 Iceland
On this adventure, we visit the lava tunnel Raufarhólshellir located only 30 minutes from Reykjavík. We will witness the inner workings of a volcanic eruption while we walk in the path of a lava that flowed thousands of years ago.

Day 9: Blue Lagoon

We took this tour because we wanted to experience complete Iceland. This tour exactly gave us the experience we wanted. All transfer were included. Hotel was city center. Complete itinerary was hassle-free.
