Fantastic Boat Trip around the long harbour on Mahon. So much history wasn't aware of, but the guided commentary ( in four languages ) manages to answer any of the questions i would've had.

Took the large white catamaran rather than the smaller yellow ones, both 15 euros for the 1 hour trip around the harbour. Great commentary, interesting sights, very enjoyable *** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED***Unfortunately, perhaps because it was the last week of the season, in October, there were zero fish to see, when we stopped. So the children were really disappointed. But learning about the history and properties within the Port was interesting.

Very pleasant trip around the harbour, always lovely to be out on the water. The hour trip focused on some of the historic buildings around the harbour and was quite informative. Everything being translated into 4 languages obviously restricted the amount of information that could be conveyed and the comment that some of the buildings could be visited on certain days at certain times wasn't really very helpful. The boat stops just at the entrance to take advantage of the glass bottom, which was very popular with the children. The boat has a small bar with drinks and snacks. it's worth doing and is good value for money.Great trip to pass a bit of time, very informative and some stunning views. Definitely worth a visit, unfortunately we was at the end of season and some of the other half day trips weren't running.

Would highly recommend sitting either on the top deck of the boat or the lefthand side on the lower deck so you can get the most from the sights
