Meet your tea guide. Tea harvesting leaf picking.
Walk to the village tea fields. Meet with your tea guide. Begin your all-inclusive Chinese tea experience.
Learn what about the tea trees, what leaves to pick and how to pick them. Pick a basket of leaves, then return to the farmhouse.
Duration: 2 hours

Lunch.
Eat lunch at the tea farmer’s house. Enjoy real village hospitality and authentic Chinese home cooking.
Green tea roasting. Tea ceremony.
Learn the green tea roasting method and roast the tea leaves you picked. Package up your very own hand-roasted Longjing tea.
Watch a traditional southern Chinese tea preparation ceremony. Taste professionally roasted, ceremonially prepared Longjing ‘Dragon Well’ tea. Should you wish to, you have the opportunity to try your hand at the ceremony.

Jason's dragonwell tea tour with lunch was awesome! We got to experience picking tea leaves in the beautiful tea gardens outside hangzhou. After picking, the tea master showed us how to fry the leaves over a wok and we got to try it ourselves. The tea ceremony and local lunch was superb. At the end they even gave us the tea we picked/processed to take home. An authentic and full-circle tea experience. Thank you Jason for the fun day out! Would go again :)Kaith S

This is the second time I've done this activity and I would do it again. This time Jason personalized the experience even more and added extra tea related activities. Food was amazing and we all had a great time.
