Summer time sunisland with trees and flowers, sun island indoor ice and snow gallery also it good place to go enjoy ice and snow, you will take one of indoor ice and snow.

after sun island and indoor ice and snow world, you will taken to sitalin park for songhua river sightseeing, like ropeway cross songhua river and old russian town, and walking on songhua river.

We had Maggie Liu as our tour guide for the day. We booked 2 separate day tours and she took us on both. Picked us up from our front door and took us to Sun Island, Tiger park and the Ice festival that first day. Maggie was wonderful with our three children, 10/12/14. My youngest said that if we have to give Maggie a review, to give her a good one. Maggie assisted us through all the entries which made this a seamless easy experience. She helped our children navigate snow for the first time. She also took us to Volga Manor and showed us around for a second day. We had forgotten our medication and Maggie took me to a chemist to buy some more during the day. Very good English and a Harbin local. Samantha, the organiser was always quick to answer our queries and arranged private transport back the train station on short notice. Very professional and easy to deal with. We had a wonderful all day tour of Harbin Ice and Snow World, the Siberian Tiger Park and the Ice and Snow Festival in the evening. Helen was a great tour guide? Very good with our children and attune to their interests. We saw all the Harbin sights we had hoped to see with Helen and it was a very enjoyable experience. She took care of purchasing tickets all day and we just got to enjoy the sights. Her English was very good and she was quite informative about Harbin. Our second day in Harbin without Helen was a bit more challenging and I wish we had booked her for another day.P772FSphilip

First of all Samantha was súper helpfull, kind and understanding because our first arranged flight to Harbin was cancelled so we hace to re scheduled our visit and Samantha easily re scheduled the date of our private tour, she speaks perfect english and its súper easy to comunicate with her by we chat. Next Mr. Zou was our day guide, allthough he doesnt speak english, we can communicate easily with his phone and transistor. The car was in perfect condition, clean and confortable. Mr Zou arranged everything for us, the itinerary of the day, and the tickets of the parks (sun island and ice & snow world without any wait and without lines), he took us to visit Sofia's church also and to have a good lunch. His attention was friendly, amazing and outstanding. I highly recommend this tour for people that want to visit Harbin in 1 day or 2!!! Everything was perfect!!!
