What to expect
Firostefani
We also visit the famous Blue Dome Church in Firostefani, the subject of so many Santorini’s postcards.
The tour will be continued with a drive to the Eastern part of Santorini to visit a cozy village of Kamari located on the Black beach (some free time).
Shops, coffee shops, taverns, and beautiful spots can be found all over the place waiting for you to explore it, or maybe even to swim in its waters awarded by the Blue Flag.
Then we depart to the highest point of the island – Profitis Ilias mountain.
We approach Profitis Ilias Monastery to enjoy the views, to visit St. Nectarius church, to taste local products made by the monks with a possibility to buy the ones that you like the most.
Return us back to the meeting point at the end of the tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Niko. He was knowledgeable and friendly and provided so much information about the island. He took us to multiple locations that had incredible views but were not crowded. He also showed us how to get to the well known spots that had long lines, so we could come back another time. The tour moved at our pace. We ended the tour with a visit to a local bakery near our hotel and then watched the sunset from an in crowded spot with a phenomenal view. I highly recommend this tour! We had a perfect day exploring Santorini. Our guide met us on time. He was very nice and showed us all over the island in an air-conditioned Mercedes van. We went to Oia for spectacular views of the blue domed churches. We had time left since there were no crowds, so we stopped in Oia for the most delicious baklava we ever had. Try the local dry white wines too. At the end we stopped at an adorable village.
