My sister found Carey Tours online the day before we booked them! Fernando, the owner, was extremely helpful in putting together a special package of the cenotes we wanted to see and preparing the private tour. Manuel was our tour guide and we LOVED him. He’s a character and makes the trip exceptionally fun. Also very knowledgeable about history, culture and shared facts throughout the entire tour. He speaks perfect English and almost sounds like a California surfer. We went to Akumal Beach to swim with the turtles, Casa Cenote, Taak Bi Ha and had delicious traditional food. Recommend !What an amazing experience! Ulises was the best guide! The cenotes were beautiful and my bf had the best tacos ever when we stopped at Juanita’s. Great tour- highly recommend

Overall from the start our guide Joselyn was super punctual. She picked us up at our hotel and was super friendly and patient. She even brought us some granola bars and waters just because the tour starts early. She was super patient and was great at taking pictures. Always with a smile and super informational. She made us feel like we were family. I would 100 percent book another tour with her. Would totally recommend this tour for anyone who wants to really get to experience cenotes! Our Cenote tour was such an amazing experience!! Our Cenote tour was such an amazing experience!! Host was Silvana and she was soo friendly and knowledgeable also made the tour fun!! We went to 3 Cenotes and each one was different - our tour started at 8 am which worked out great because it was nice & quite at each Cenote so we were able to enjoy and take pictures without crowds of people. Lunch spot they took us to was a cute restaurant in the jungle and food was delicious! A few reminders when going on this tour cause we didn’t know ahead of time: Don’t have any sunscreen on - you’ll be required to take a quick rinse at each Cenote before getting in so that Cenote doesnt get ruined with all the chemicals. Bring your towels they are not provided; snorkelling equipment is provided. Highly recommend this Private Tour - highlight of my trip!
