The description of this activity was spot on. The employees were friendly. The equipment was clean & well maintained. The activity was a blast.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and had a lot of fun on this zipline tour. The guides were great!

I went on the zipline tour with my family and had an amazing time! All of the tour guides were super friendly and helpful, and they all clearly knew what they were doing. We were in good hands! I’d be happy to do it again!

Nine ziplines and super professional guides who helped us each step of the way. This was a pure adrenaline rush, and I was smiling the whole time. Maybe a little fearful too…. My recommendation is to to book directly thru Action Zipline in Big Bear as Viator charged $25 more for the experience.

First time zip lining and the guides did an excellent job of making us comfortable. In the orientation, they explained everything we would need to know for the day. We had a blast and are looking forward to doing it again.

This place was fun. The zip lines were good. The guides were friendly and funny. We did have a large group of 18 so it took awhile. It felt very safe and the guides made us comfortable. The office staff was awesome and accommodating. I would recommend this experience when you’re visiting big bear.

The guides were amazing with the right amount of humor and took pictures with my phone on some platforms. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved it, especially since it was a small group. We look forward to doing this again in the future.

This was my 4th zipline location, and probably the best, the whole experience was amazing. They guides were funny, knowledgeable and very professional.

Guides were skilled and friendly. The first run was short to get the hang of it. That was nice. The others were longer and very fun.

Horrible experience. We had no problem with the rain. Don’t get me wrong the zip lines were awesome and the staff at the zip lines were great. Recommend it if there’s absolutely no chance of thunder. Again we had no issues with the rain and it getting canceled but they gave us the worst refund. We were leaving the next day so we weren’t able to go again. The refund since we had gone down 3 zip lines was 143 dollars out of the 330. We thought maybe we will just go tomorrow but they wanted us to pay another 120 or so dollars. That’s absurd! I would have been content with just getting the 143 back to us but they gave us a gift card that can only be used there! So pretty much 330 down the drain for no reason. Awesome zip lines, beautiful scenery, awesome staff at the zip lines, but the staff at the actual location where they take you up sucks. Again would have been fine if they actually gave us our money back but it is in a gift card that they said “ would make a great gift for someone else” cause yes I wanted to spend all that money for our experience for someone else. Overall very disappointing in how they handled the cancellation.

We were a small group but we got very good attention. Our guides were a good combo of knowledgeable and funny. And it's always fun to swing through the trees like Tarzan.. So win, win.

This our second time on zipline here in Big Bear, but we brought my parents who are 79 years young. Mom was nervous at first but they really look after here she had a great time. Lots of fun

I took my 14 year old son with me to this ziplining experience, since he has ziplined before and this was my first time! Overall, we had an absolute blast. The office staff was polite and helpful, and the tour guides were awesome! The tour guides are the ones who made our experience even better, since they made you feel comfortable and were a lot of fun! I would highly recommend this ziplining experience.

My sons and I had an awesome adventure! I booked the Zip Line tour in January with snow covered mountains. Was a great experience over the treetops & beautiful views. Action tours staff were great and made the experience fun & enjoyable, easing any uncertainties. They were all knowledgeable, fun, with great attitudes. Thank you, Action tours, for making the day so much fun with my boys! Highly recommend.

Great time, we went with a fresh layer of snow. It was so pretty. We were scheduled the day before but due to the lines freezing we couldn't go. The company offered me a full refund or a chance to go the next day, very accommodating!!

The lead instructor, I think delvin was super cool, and he made the situation truly stress free and took the anxiety out of it.

Had a wonderful time thought the staff was on point and felt as safe as one could! I would recommend this experience for anyone!

First time ever Zip Lining. Took my husband for the experience. This was an exciting and wonderful adventure. Worth every penny and more! This was something we have wanted to check off our bucket list. Had a Blast! Would certainly do it again!!
