THIS WAS THE BEST TOUR I DID WHILE IN ICEAND FOR A WEEK! I did a bunch of tours also. But the guides were AMAZING!!! They were sooo nice and fun!!! I had a BLAST hanging out with them while we did the tour. I was so freaking scared of zip lining but they were super nice and helpful! They would push me because I was scared to walk off LOL! The scenery was gorgeous and it was just overall an AMAZING experience. Everyone that was also part of the tour was super fun and we made a couple of friends!!! It was awesome I would so do it again and if for anything to just see the guides again. They were AWESOME. Loved them!!!

We had an awesome time! Sami (not sure how to spell) was in particular an awesome guide. He was very personable, able to interact well with everyone, and made sure we all had a fun time. We were pleasantly surprised to zipline "Spider Man style" on one zipline, do a short zipline with pose, and have a mini bungee experience. We're very glad we found this trip and would recommend to everyone.

This experience was absolutely amazing and worth every penny. Þráinn and Katla were both fantastic as well as encouraging. They gave perfect instructions to a group of us that had never zip lined before. They were even great with communication about moving me to an earlier time. Aside note, there is a minimum amount of hiking required, so just be prepared. Thank you both for an amazing first adventure. It was inspiring. - Andrew C

This activity was one of the highlights of our girls trip to Iceland. It was our first time ziplining and we had an amazing time with Sammi and his crew. They were professional and we felt safe the entire time. We loved the scenic mini hikes between each line and were given a brief history of the area. The surprise bonus at the end was fabulous!

Our zip lining experience was fantastic. Þráinn and Katla geared us up and drove us to the location. They really enjoy their jobs. It was snowing lightly that morning which made it even more wonderful. Each zip line was so much fun as they made sure we were safely attached to the line. The hike with the views were beautiful. We had so much fun. Thank you for you expertise.

Our activity was moved to another day because of the hard weather condions. But service was extremely good. We took this experience with my 11 years old son and our play Donkie Ihaa. Even we had to skip the longest line because of the wind it was great fun. Thank you Sammi and the team!

Great guys to work with and a lot of fun. Sammy and his team were great. We did not want it to end. Ride to the top and some short easy walks between lines. Good speed on line and bungy part at end great!

It was my first time zip lining and it was great! The walks between the lines were beautiful, but tricky in some places. The guides were excellent, very encouraging and helpful. I would highly recommend this tour.

We’ve zip lined in many places but this experience was the most scenic! I would have done it again immediately after finishing it was so fun, and so beautiful. We had wonderful guides! I highly recommend Vik zip lining to anyone visiting Iceland!

Do this zip line! It’s not your traditional zip line and it’s absolutely amazing for it! 10/10 recommend!

This ziplining was one of the highlights of our trip! Ages 7-45 all loved ziplining through the beautiful Icelandic mountains. Highly recommended!

This was good fun! I love that the group was small because it made for a fun fast experience. Helena and Alex were great guides, they brought the energy and kept things moving. This could definitely be accessible by families with kids of school age. The lines were fun and not scary.

This summer we came for the third time with our grandchildren to enjoy the thrilling zip line in Vík í Myrdal. The kids love it. The four different lines are each a challenge in beautiful surroundings. The surprise at the end is great fun for the dare do alls. The guides are very encouraging with respect for all who hesitate. Absolutely brilliant activity and highly recommended to anyone visiting Iceland. We drove to Vik to see the black sand beaches but it was a long drive back to Reykjavík and this activity perfectly filled in the gap. It took just under 2 hours and did not require any equipment - perfect for us as we only had a couple of hours and were only wearing trainers. The hiking was beautiful and easy enough for little kids to navigate - and me too given that I have back and knee problems. The zip lining itself was super fun and allowed us to see the country’s natural beauty from a new angle. But the best part was at the end where the team gets you to do a cliff jump and a “bungee jump” - not a real bungee but thoroughly enjoyable nevertheless. We did the zip line on our last day in Iceland and it was the perfect way to wrap things up. The team is friendly and make the activities all the more enjoyable. My only regret is I wasn’t able to record the view going down the zip line!

Alex and Caspar were great tour leaders. It was in abeautiful river valley and felt safe. It was very close to Vik so very easy to get to and we had the rest of the day free.

Our guides were great, the scenery was amazing, and the surprise at the end was a special treat! We really enjoyed this excursion.
