Amazing day would reccomend to ajy one very long but totally worth it would do again any day not to be missed

Disappointing at every stage. Hotel pickup and drop off did not happen. Time revised by 2hrs, 24 people crammed onto a Mercedes vito minibus, cheese tasting was rubbish and was a stop on side of the road, and the thermal springs are nothing more than an outdoor public swimming pool with heated water. 51/2 hrs in a crammed minibus for that! Save your money and don’t be fooled by the advert photo. We complained to Tripadvisor but they did not respond!!

Well organised for what is a typical tourist day out. Mountains/ zakopane and the thermal pools were good fun. Note that the minibus was full and some people did not get to sit next to their partners.

I really enjoyed this day! The thermal baths were the best and being able to go out and explore zakopane for a few hours. Recommend for drinks Pstrag Browar Gorski and for dinner Karczma Goraleczka very cute traditional places. One dislike was you pay to go to the spa then have to pay £4 extra to enter the relaxation part (which was NOT relaxing because there is kids in there) the rest of the thermal baths were full of kids and I think considering it's a relaxing part you pay extra and the fact there is a bar there they should make it an over 16 or 18s section. Because no one wants the kids in their splashing about.

Everything was good from the start which included pickup at our hotel and I was notified the day before the excursion. The tour guide was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the history and culture of the country and the places we visited. There were plenty of breaks along the route and everything was explained by the tour guide. The excursion stated 8 hours, but was 12 hours duration, if you book this excursion it might be worth checking the local football games are being played as Krakow was gridlocked coming back into Krakow and we ended up walking as it was quicker.

Our tour guide Joanna was fantastic, very enthusiastic and passionate about the history of Poland and explained in detail all aspects of the trip. The trip itself was amazing, there is a lot of travelling so prepare yourself for that but plenty of breaks and wonderful spots to see. The thermal springs are incredible and really worth the wait. All around a great experience.

The trip was very well organized and Michael the tour guide gave great information about some of the region’s history, and made funny jokes. I would have liked to spend more time in the town of Zakopane, but I understand that time had to be limited in order to fit in the main activities and still get back to Krakow at a reasonable hour. The one thing that I did not like, was that Zakopane and the Thermal Baths were very crowded. This was because of the school vacation in Poland, so there were many kids at the Thermal Baths, making certain rooms not very relaxing. Thankfully, there was a quiet zone for adults only. If I were to do this activity again, I would try to avoid the peak tourist times.

A very well organised trip. Our guide Matthew was really lovely and made sure we knew where we were going. We chose to walk down the hill rather than taking the funicular both ways/ there is a good track and great scenery, but if it has been raining - expect to get muddy. The whole trip was really interesting and the thermal spa was wonderful with glorious views of the mountains from the outdoor pools.

10/10 recommend. Very good day trip filled with amazing views & a good tour guide. Everything nicely organised and on schedule.

This is as the most amazing trip I have been on for my boyfriend’s Christmas present. We both loved it and the tour guide Mike was amazing and kept us really entertained. The views was stunning, definitely worth the money

Good full day . Ran smoothly with informative and friend guide . Main thing was the snow ! So lucky to have thermal springs whilst snowing . All parts of the trip good and really felt it was value for money

The entire experience was well organized, thanks to a professional and friendly guide who added depth to our exploration. The mountain views were exceptional, creating a serene and awe-inspiring atmosphere. Zakopane itself was like stepping into a fairy tale. The thermal bath experience was the cherry on top, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. Highly recommended!!!

A great day out. We'll worth going, 90 minutes from Krakow calling at a traditional village en route to Zakopane, then the amazing thermal baths on the way back.

Gubalowka was amazing. The views were unbelievable. The thermal springs made the whole trip. Out tour guide, Alice, was really good and helpful. Will definitely go again.
