A day I will never forget! Tomasz is an absolute angel! I think quite possibly one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. He made us feel so comfortable and felt like we have known him a life time. He was so informative, took us to some absolutely gorgeous places and really made the day special for us. After going around Zakopane we went for our sleigh ride, WOW what an experience! It was so beautiful just taking in the breath taking views and so personal just being us. The bonfire and food was absolutely delicious and it was lovely. Well worth every penny spent! Tomasz even sent us a beautiful video of us going in the horse drawn carriage. And to top the day off my now Fiance proposed to me in the horse drawn carriage. The most magical day! It was absolutely lovely the whole experience and I'm glad Tomasz shared our special day with us. He is a precious soul! Thankyou so much for the most amazing day! I would reccomended to everyone you will not regret booking!

What can I say other than absolutely outstanding!? We took a trip to Zakopane with Ralph as our tour guide and he was incredible! Ralph was extremely knowledgeable and made our day so wonderful. Ralph took us to various places on the journey to Zakopane and told us a lot about the history of the area which was really fascinating. Nothing was too much for Ralph, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide or trip. Thank you Ralph for everything! I couldn’t recommend this trip enough- it’s a must do when visiting Krakow!

What an amazing trip made even better by our guide Tomasz, he was very polite, friendly and very informative during our trip to Zakopane..the ski lifts was excellent aswell as the sleigh ride followed by the bonfire and local food tasting. We would highly recommend using him for this trip definitely 5⭐️

We were greeted by Tomaz with a smile early in the morning. He was very polite and explained what our itinerary would be . We had great communication with him on our way and he was very bubbly and easy to talk to He drove us safely to the first destination and explained everything well, everything ran smoothly to schedule and we had the most amazing day ...even though there wasn't much snow it was still a great experience with laughter and fun and we thoroughly enjoyed it . A bonfire was provided to cook our own sausages and cheese and we had a choice of drinks too, after which we were safely driven back to our hotel , picking up some extra ideas to do while we were here in krakow . Thomaz was a joy to be with and became a friend!

I would not recommend it. The real trip means 25 minutes to the forest and 25 the ride back. Because the lack of snow 80% of the trip was on the asphalt and mud. Fire torch were not provided. The company could it cancel it because the lack of snow but they didn't do it. 2 hours feast means some sausage from the retail market grilled in a place full of mud. I would not recommend it.

Rafal from Prime Tours was helpful in answering my questions prior to the trip. Tomasz our guide is friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed his company. There wasn’t enough snow during our tour hence we sat on wheels instead of sleigh, this was pre-empted to us before the tour. It was still a great experience. The view up the funicular was amazing and also the Chochołow wooden houses. Bonfire was fun! Downside was that lunch was a little rushed, though this can be flexible with the guide if you prefer a longer lunch and skip certain sights.

The mountains were beautiful and we very much enjoyed the campfire and snacks at the end of the day. Tomasz was super knowledgeable about the history of the region, very flexible about the day, and made sure we had a memorable time. He was kind enough to send us videos of our sleigh ride and some restaurant recommendations in Krakow. We also really enjoyed chatting with Tomasz!

Our driver Thomas was exceptional, he is very knowledgable about the place and super well organized and trust worthy. From start to finish this was a wonderful day. We were picked up spot on time by Tomasz. He was the perfect host, charming, knowledgeable with superb English. The day was extremely well planned and thought out - everything was taken care of, all we had to do was turn up in warm clothing, sensible boots and enjoy ourselves. The stroll around Ciche was lovely, followed by a couple hours in Zakopane, where we particularly enjoyed taking the funicular up to view the Tatra mountains - it was a clear sunny day, WOW! We were then taken to the National Park where we had a horse drawn sleigh ride through the snow and topped the day off with an outdoor bbq where we enjoyed traditional food and drinks. Many thanks indeed Tomasz for such a memorable day.

Thomas was an incredible guide in every way. His English was superb and his knowledge of the history of Poland and Polish culture really brought our day to life. And we really appreciated his friendliness and great sense of humor. All of the events of our day were timed perfectly. Thomas is a real professional and worth every penny. We were a party of four friends visiting Krakow for the New Year. A couple of months or so before our trip, I made contact with Prime Tours Krakow using their direct email address and outlining a couple of tours we were interested in. I received an immediate response from Rafal in excellent English and from then on I could only describe the service we received as oustanding. Everything was so easy to arrange, the prices quoted were very fair and the agreement met in full. We had a private tour with hotel pickup to the Wielczka salt mine (fascinating), followed a couple of days later with an all day tour to Zakopane with sleigh ride and bonfire bbq (very unusually no snow, but a great fun carriage ride and bbq instead). What made it special though was the courtesy and knowledge of our driver Pawel, together with his obvious pride in the landscape, history and traditions of his country and it’s people. He was always interesting and always went the extra mile - in particular with the personal tour he gave us of the wooden houses of Chocholow. We met with Tomasz and Rafal as well - also good men with the same pride in their wonderful city. From the time Tomasz picked us up in his immaculate car (complete with complimentary bottles of water), to drop off at our hotel, the entire day was outstanding. Tomasz is friendly, fluent in English, and very knowledgeable about Poland's history and geographical points of interest. He was very patient and allowed us time to take photos at each stop, enjoy a leisurely lunch, and even do a bit of shopping at the Tatra mountain ski area. The sleigh ride was well timed, fun, and a memorable experience; the bonfire dinner was the perfect ending to a full day before the ride back to Krakow. Two thumbs up, and heartfelt thanks to Tomasz for a wonderful tour!

I cannot recommend this tour enough. Tomasz was incredible. Very friendly, helpful and professional. We first visited Zakopane before going up the mountain to Gubalowka. After we took a short drive to begin the sleigh ride. The sleigh ride took us through the picturesque Tatrzanski park, it was beautiful! We finished off with a traditional bbq before heading back to Krakow

I highly recommend doing this trip. Tomasz is great! Very friendly guy. The day was perfect in every way, door-to-door service with no hassle. The food and drinks at the bonfire were amazing! I definitely will do this again. I'm so happy that I found this trip on here, I didn't know this place exist otherwise. Book it, you won't regret it.
