Super Fun & learning mad Skills at the same time! From the pick up on you notice that this is full on professional. The tour around the fresh market was fun and really interesting. You‘ll get to know and see and shop all ingredients for your todays menu. After getting all ingredients (or all fresh needed once) you will be transferred to the cooking school which is really pretty. All staff are super friendly and funny. Shortly after arriving we straight started preparing for the first dish. We got to know a lot of tips and stuff about thai Cousine ingredients. Our menu was. Penang Curry Chicken Laab Moo - Pork Salad Pad Thai Ruby red (Water Chestnut and Coconutcream) Everyone in the group got to taste the result of their work. I can only speak for myself and my cooked food but i really enjoyed it! Its was big fun. Sad i didn’t book one or 2 courses more! Thank you!!!!

This Thai cooking course was truly an incredible experience! I wanted to book my husband and I an experience while we were vacationing in Hua Hin. This was such a fun experience that my husband still talks about it. Beau first took us to the local day market where she showed us ingredients that Thais purchase and use at home. Afterwards, she had our group prep ingredients that we would use in the dishes we were to make. She guided us through each step and thoroughly explained how and why the ingredients were prepared a specific way. She answered any questions we had. She was very organized and the course ran very smoothly. We would highly recommend this cooking course to anyone who wants an extraordinary experience in Hua Hin. Warning: do not eat beforehand. The flavorful food you make will be very filling!

A fun morning. Very well organised - if only I had an army of helpers like this to do all my clearing up and washing up at home! Bo was lovely and explained everything very clearly. The food we made was delicious.

What a great experience, and there was no cleaning up! The eye opening and informative market tour readied the senses for the cooking experience. I learnt heaps from preparation, combination of ingredients and the cooking. Of course the eating was great! This whole experience was so well organised and delivered. 👍🏼

This is a must-do if you have time when in Hua Hin. We were picked up and then joined others at the local food market. We walked round learning about the different foods and what they are used for - how to select fresh fish, what makes a good curry paste.... We then drove to the cookery school. A beautiful tranquil place with a lovely courtyard with koi. We cooked 4 dishes in all with our Chef Beau talking us carefully through what to do. After each dish was cooked you then go and eat it so come hungry. Everything was so fresh and because you make it (under watchful eyes) tastes amazing A great way to spend the morning. Thank you to the team

Wonderful experience for the whole family (adults and children 11 & 14 yrs). Great informative tour of the food markets followed by a brilliant cooking demonstration. Beau was brilliant at making the dish and then we all repeated it. She is a great chef with a great manner. She and the team were delightful. Loved every minute of it. Thanks

Next time I visit my family in Hua Hin I will return for another class. Picking the freshest ingredients from the market made the dishes we cooked so much tastier than what I can achieve in My hometown. The instructions given as we cooked were easy to follow and every dish was a success. A wonderful experience.

We had an amazing day all the staff are very welcoming taking your round the market explaining what all the foods are. Then to the house to cook the food. This was a fantastic day. We started off going round the market, which was an eye opener, so many different smells and spices! Seeing how they sold the fish and meat was very interesting. Then onto the course. We cooked penang curry from scratch and two other savoury courses plus one sweet. The teacher was exceptional, and great care was taken with the hygiene. I can't tell you how much I learnt and then had a doggy bag to take away with me

It was great to be guided around the food market and find out so much more about different Thai ingredients. And the venue was great, perfect setup for a cooking course. Delicious recipes, very easy to follow. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys cooking and is interested in Thai food. Also, don't eat breakfast before you go!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei diesem Kochkurs dabei. Dieses Mal mit einem anderen Menü. Es hat uns wieder sehr viel Spaß gemacht. gerne noch einmal!

Hyvä reissu. Ensin vietiin aamutorille jossa oli pientä paikallisuuksien esittelyä ja tarvikkeiden keräilyä. Sitten kokkailemaan. Tori muuten itsessään on jo kokemisen arvoinen kohde, jotain aivan muuta kun ”NightMarket”. Kurssi itsessään ei edellytä juurikaan osaamista, lähinnä nyt veitsi on hyvä pysyä kädessä. Ruoat valmistetaan & nautitaan alusta loppuun itse. Useampi laji & jälkiruoka. Englannin kielinen opastus toimii hyvin. Pienten lasten reissu tämä ei varsinaisesti ole, eli ihan pienimmillä saattaa olla tylsää. Kannattaa siis varata viihdykettä. Tori ja muu ympäristö toki kiinnostaa myös lapsia tällä reissulla. Kahvi/juomakulttuuri jäi vähän käsittelemättä, josta olisin ollut kiinnostunut. Myös torilta olisi ollut kiva ehkä ostaa jotain mausteita tms. mukaan. Mutta todella hyvin järjestetty ja kaikinpuolin laadukas reissu. Suosittelen ruoanlaitosta kiinnostuneille. Lopuksi mukaan saa ohjeet valmistetuista ruoista, infoa paikallisista mausteista sekä kurssitodistuksen.

Eine wirklich unvergessliche Erfahrung, welche viel Spaß machte. Die Lokation war sehr beeindrucken und gab ein unheimlich schönes Ambiente während des Kochens. Der vorherige Marktbesuch mit der Köchin war informativ und unterhaltsam. Die Gerichte selbst waren sehr lecker und dank Rezeptbuch nun auch Zuhause möglich nochmals zu kochen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder machen.
