We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour of Yosemite. Our tour guide Matt was incredible! He shared information on the history and geology of the park along with numerous stories of the people that made the park what it is today. Highly recommended!

Fantastic! We were picked up at Rush Creek at 8:30am and drove into the park for our first stop, a walk through the giant sequoias. Truly awesome and humbling to walk among them. From there we drove down into Yosemite Valley. First stop was Bridalveil Falls. Next stop was lunch. We had selected the pre-packed lunch - it was excellent and good value. More hiking after lunch. We covered all the sites as mentioned in the tour description. Our guide, Matthew, was friendly and knowledgeable. We had the best day. Highly recommended.

Nate was our tour guide and did a phenomenal job maximizing our experience on the Yosemite Valley Discover Walk. He captivated our attention throughout the tour by sharing his knowledge of the layout and history of the park. He exuded time management skills that enabled us to see many of the park’s hidden gems that pictures cannot do justice and we probably would’ve missed out on had we ventured on our own. We went mid March, dressed in layers, and brought a change of clothes. The kids 10 & 14 loved walking through a hollowed trunk of a fallen tree and playing in the snow throughout the hike. Hands down an excellent experience!

We had an excellent day tour with our very knowledgeable guide, Brian. I thought initially it was quite expensive but in the end it was good value for money. We learnt more about the Yosemite National Park from history, best photo spots and fauna and flora in the area. The tour we chose had limited walks. I would recommend a guided tour in the winter because the driving is quite long and roads are windy and quite treacherous in wintry conditions. It is much less stressful with someone else, who knows the roads, driving.

Our family had a really fun day exploring the world renowned features of Yosemite Park. Bryant was our guide and was great at giving us the history, geology, tree info and climbing challenges of Yosemite. we climbed the boulders leading up to Yosemite Falls which took me back to my childhood of doing the same. Our highlight was seeing two climbers climbing El Cap and Bryant let us hang out a bit longer than he planned because we were all so interested. A very delicious lunch was provided as well. We loved the day and had a great time. Definitely recommend especially if you haven't been before like my husband.

Nate was so knowledgeable and passionate about the past k and conservation. We would have missed out on so much of the history and the science without his insights.

Our guide Nate was so personable and very quickly figured out our interests after seeing what we gravitated toward. He drove us into the valley and we saw as much of the major natural features of Yosemite along with Native American influence and people and immigrants who helped shape how we access and explore this amazing national park today. We discussed the native fauna and plants which provided us with a deeper understanding and appreciation of this wondrous natural environment despite the tourism. And then, The Ahwahnee hotel which was the inspiration for the interior sets of “The Shining” horror movie - we wanted to visit and Nate took us for a personal tour - just WOW! Highly recommend the Yosemite Valley Discovery Walk, it was not tiring at all for us and got our 15,000 steps in for the day. Plus Nate is the best!

Perfect way to see Yosemite if you only have a limited time to spend there. Felt like we got to see everything we wanted to without feeling rushed. Bryant did a great job getting us around and was very informative. So nice to not have to worry about driving and navigating around the park and not having to deal with the hassle of parking with the swarm of tourists.

What an amazing day with Bryant! He gave my daughters and I great history lessons about the landscape (including the forest fires), how everything formed, and was fabulous with getting us close to Yosemite Falls and even taking my one daughter up higher and closer. It was perfect to be able to sightsee while he did the driving and he knew exactly where to go to park, have a nice lunch, wade in the pond which was crystal clear, and just enjoy the day. He was great about offering to take family pictures for us and even made a few videos of us. I would absolutely do another trip with him! He even gave us tips on how to go back on our own the next day which really helped.

This was amazing. We did the private tour which was perfect for our 3 kids (3, 11 and 13). Completely takes the stress out of visiting Yosemite. Bryant was a great guide, very knowledgeable and great with the kids. Definitely book this if you are planning on going to Yosemite.

This was a fantastic walking tour! Our guide Nate was awesome! So informative and we learned so much. We did about 6.5 miles. But didn’t really seem like it we were in such awe with all the beauty. Highly recommend.

Our guide Bryant was very knowledgeable and explained nicely the many items to see and notice at Yosemite park. We had sunny weather, while there was a lot of water in the park due to melting snow, displaying extraordinarily large waterfalls. The only 'bad' experience was at the very start, when our guide told us that we did not register our details and that we did not order any lunch, although we did all correctly in the previous morning. I showed the guide the confirmation email from Echo Adventure Cooperative, which displayed that we correctly registered all our details, ordered 2x lunch and paid in full - but our guide still claimed that we must have done something wrong and that he would not take us with him, if we did not agree, which was really strange considering that I showed him the official confirmation from his company Echo Adventure. The guide then explained that he actually had 2x lunch for us (as 2 other people cancelled their tour due to flue), so we finally agreed to start the tour anyway.

My guide was Nate. He made a difference in my first visit to Yosemite. I was able to enjoy greatly of the most important features of the park without worrying about anything. He pointed out some of features that I would have missed if I would have visited alone. Most importantly, I learned so much. It was as if I took a crash course in geology, history, ecology, and more!

Our guide Bryant was a wealth of information, fun to talk with, and took some great photos too! The day was thoughtfully timed out hitting all top Yosemite sites (Yosemite Falls, El Capitan, Giant Sequoias, etc .) A completely hassle free trip -- You don't have to think about anything -- driving, parking, equipment (including snow shoes), water, and lunch, etc. all taken care off. Truly wonderful day.

We were two families with four kids ages 8 to 11 and we were looking for a snowy adventure to introduce our kids to Yosemite. I was able to talk to Bryant before hand and he expertly customized our private tour perfectly to our groups family needs. he started out with a hike to the giant sequoias Through the snow. All the gear and planning was taken care of and the kids had a blast. the hike pushed them to the limit just enough that they devoured their lunch and we’re back at it ready to see the next highlight. We could not have asked for a more attentive and well planned out tour. Bryant and his organization clearly are passionate about sustaining Yosemite and running a business that treats the environment, it’s people and it’s clients with the utmost respect.
