Gino was a friendly and efficient tour leader and driver, who worked hard to make the trip the best possible experience for us all. He interspersed our journey with much interesting commentary - although his rather staccato and sometimes broken English was not always easy to follow. Apart from our 2 hours in the Yosemite Valley at lunchtime, we had breakfast and supper stops and adequate restroom stops en route, and a number of well-chosen photostops at the the Golden Gate and, of course, in the Yosemite Park itself. The Yosemite Falls were only a short walk from our midday stop in the park and, having followed Gino's advice to buy food for lunch at Trader Joe's at our breakfast stop, we enjoyed a picnic lunch beside the stream from the base of the falls. Perhaps trying to protect themselves in a litigious environment, Extranomical Tours made, it seems to me, far too much of the difficulties of the trek to the Tuolumne Grove of Giant Sequoias. Although at a modest gradient in places, the trail seemed well surfaced and easy walking throughout. Nearer 80 than 70 years of age, a little overweight and without the habit of much walking, and with some tendency to breathlessness since Covid, I thought it wise to follow their advice for the uphill return, but, in so doing, I allowed myself too little time at the grove and found myself with far too much time to spare on my return, time that would have been better spent exploring and enjoying the grove. A long day with a very early start but well worth it.

We absolutely loved the tour today with Andy & Glenda, they are the perfect guides, you get a lot of Dad jokes along with facts about the places you are going through, Andy had the amazing nice touch of even showing us nice places to take really good photos. He also had ponchos ready for us to go below the lower falls. We loved that he stopped at every single place there was (that was safe) and left us take as many photos as we wanted. Not like the other tour buses that don't let you get down from the bus. Pura vida from Costa Rica!

Great tour! Starts really early but it greatly pays off with all the things you get to see! Big thanks to our wonderful guide Andy Howse for giving us a glimpse into the history of Yosemite, San Francisco, and California. The geology lesson about the formation of the Yosemite Valley was also super interesting! Our driver Glenda was super cheerful and smoothly got us through all the turns on the beautiful highway 120. Both of them made the whole experience very pleasant!

The trip was great, we started early in the morning, got to the park with couple of stops for rest but still pretty fast. In the Yosemite valley we had two options: go with Andy to look at waterfall or to walk around by ourselves. Then we stoped to look at huge trees on the way back. Glenda is a great driver.

The tour guide Andy howse is awesome, he is very responsible and very friendly. Have good knowledge in the place and introduce a lot of history and plant. Driver Glenda is also cool and drive pretty well and safe. Recommend.

I would highly recommend this day tour. Our tour guide, Andy was excellent. Glenda, our bus driver was so kind and really made the experience so more enjoyable. Andy really brought Yosemite to life and made us all really appreciate the beauty of Yosemite.

Rob was fantastic, he made sure I had a great time on the tour even after I made a mistake on the meetup area and delayed everyone. He ensured we still went to all the planned locations after my blunder. In addition, as a solo traveller it's difficult getting pictures, but Rob made sure to take great photos and was very dedicated in taking a good picture. Yosemite was beautiful, would recommend the 2 day tour because you would definitely want more time to explore and take in the incredible scenary. Highly recommend Rob as your tour guide, highly entertaining, a great driver and full of knowledge.

Andy was a great tour guide, gave ample amount of stops/breaks, narrated the geology and history of the area and the best part was, he woke us up from sleep every time with his sweet songs.

First of all our guide Andy and our driver Glenda made my day. They were so nice and very supportive! Their energy made all the travelers on the tour happy. Our tour was very time-efficient. I was happy to see and visit must-visit areas in one day.

The tour van was late picking me up, but that’s to be expected because it was a full bus. Doug, and the drivers, made up for this with Doug’s knowledge about everything California, botany, and thoughts along the way to our destinations, and the driver’s excellent driving skills. Word of advice, be of the first ones picked up so you can avoid the rear 2 rows of seats; if you’re not pencil thin they were not kind on the posterior.

I enjoyed the trip, the guide was very informal. However, I do feel like we could've spent more time in Yosemite. We left around 5:30-6 after picking up folks, however we ended up at the park around 11. I wish we went straight there and spent more time exploring. We didn't really get to explore much, but overall had a good time.

We only had a day to see Yosemite on our visit to California and this tour was perfect. Yosemite was stunning. We had lots of breaks in the journey to use the restroom and see the sights The guide was very informative and made sure everyone was safe. Only downside was the new microphone he was given gave an echo so it was hard to hear what he was saying but this was at no fault of the guide. Overall I would recommend it. Thank you
