The us seats were too small leg space was almost nil and in such a long tour of the basics were not right the entire trip gets spoiled

Annie, our guide was great and informative. Due to the weather the Goant Sequoias part of the itinerary got canceled but they gave is extra time in Yosemite which was good.

We were pickup at Dublin's BART station which was great for us. Julia was friendly and was a good tour guide.

Incredible experience. Our tour guide, Jud, was very personable and fun! He took the time to get to know all of us and made the experience even better. It was stress free as the company ensured we hit all of the best spots. The communication from the company was top notch from the day we booked it.

Giant Sequoias Day Tour was cancelled at the last moment. I have no clue how its going to be reimbursed.

Our tour guide was exceptionally nice, making the journey even more enjoyable. Pickup was a breeze at Union Square, with the car arriving promptly at 6:20, and we were on our way by 6:40. The visit to the Giant Sequoias was well-timed, providing 1.5 hours to explore, which felt just right. However, upon reaching Yosemite Valley at 2 pm, the crowds were overwhelming, leaving us with a brief 1.5-hour window. It allowed a glimpse of the majestic waterfall, but more time would have been ideal. A quick stop around El Capitan added a nice touch to the tour. While the day trip covers the essentials, a suggestion for future travelers would be to consider a 2-day trip for a more immersive Yosemite experience. Overall, a great way to capture the highlights in a day, but the beauty of Yosemite deserves a bit more time.

I had a wonderful time on this trip. The pickup from the Hilton Hotel was easy. The bus was very comfortable. The driver was fantastic because throughout the drive he provided historical information about various landmarks. The driver also did a great job on the tour of Yosemite. We pretty much saw 80% of the park in 1 day. Overall, it was a memorable trip.

Originally booked Yosemite and Giant Seq day trip. Unfortunately, it was cancelled a week before due to not enough bookings. We were switched to just the Yosemite tour. Honestly, it worked out because if not we wouldn’t have enjoyed Yosemite as much as we did. It gave us more time in the parks. The views at Yosemite made up for our bumpy hot ride to the park. I read reviews before booking so I knew there might be a chance the a/c, ride, might be a concern. The a/c kept being turned off. The weather was nice out but the inside of the bus especially the back gets HOT regardless. Someone forgot to put on deodorant that day and intoxicated the whole bus. Not a good mix when the a/c is off. Overall we got there and returned safely. I would’ve been a bit extra for a smooth ride.

Had a great time on the tour. Sarah was a professional and cheerful guide. She gave us good recommendations at the stops and we enjoyed the facts she shared throughout the journey.

Eileen was an energetic and professional guide. Yosemite and the Giant Sequoias is a long day trip from San Francisco but well worth it for the spectacular scenery.

Enjoyed the trip to Yosemite. The tour was well organized and our guide Mitch was excellent, funny and had lots of stories to share. Recommend this one to others as well.

Super bad. First of all, the bus was too late by almost an hour, so we had to visit several other hotel pickup points, and finally, after 2 hours, the tour "guide" (driver) explained the day's program. 4 hour's a drive to Yosemite park; stay there for 3 hours and back. No guided hiking tour (as promoted on the website) and no sequoias. More passengers were upset, but we stepped out of the bus as the sequoias were the single purpose of this day trip. This is one big scam. How can I get my money back????

The trip was definitely long, but seeing the Sequoias and Yosemite was beautiful. Our tour guide was wonderful. Sharing tidbits about SF, yosemite. He also made sure we got the best photos / views among the crowds.

Rob was an excellent tour guide, helping us enjoy and get so much out of the day. And Camelia’s driving around those twisty roads with incredible views was awesome! There was so much to see that was truly breathtaking and a packed day but it never felt rushed. A trip that will love king in our memories

Touring Yosemite for the first time with Incredible Adventure is an awesome experience. Kate is knowledgeable in explaining the history of the place. I enjoyed her as our tour guide.The price of the tour is also reasonable.

I participated in the Yosemite National Park and Giant Sequoias day trip. My tour guide was Lisa. I was with a small group of 3 other people. The tour was awesome. Lisa made it feel like a family affair. She was very energetic, engaged with the group, humorous and an all around fun person to be with on the tour. She was very knowledgeable of the park and took great care in making sure we were safe and had a great time. She was also a great guide during our hike through Yosemite. I would definitely recommend this company if you want to take this or any day trip from San Francisco.
