The driver Hishan was a super guide! He drove everywhere in order to see as many animals as possible! We were a bit unfortunate because the animals (elephants 😢) are a bit lazy in the early morning and they do not show off! For the rest, amazing experience!

Our safari was amazing We booked when we arrived in tissa without any reservation and one hour later we were in a jeep 👌🏻 Thanks to the superhuman eyes of ishan, we could see many animals and birds We had the chance to observe 3 leopards! Despite the many jeeps jostling, ishan managed to find us the best views, a big thank you

The perfect tour! We had Ishan as our tourguide, who's eyes are better then most binoculars. He spotted every animal from far, including 3(!!) leopards. He drove his own route, so we didn't see a lot of other jeeps. We booked the full day tour and the time just flew by. Would 100% recommend Ajith safari!

The safari was amazing. Our tourguide Ishan has such good eyes. Even while driving he points out animals we didn't even see. Also we saw 3 leapards. This was an amazing experience. He definitely has a lot of experience to make your day wonderful. He knows how to find animals and is not following the rest of the jeeps. Also, he has a good sense of humor. We laughed a lot. Ajith arranges everything perfect and he really takes care of you so you are ensured of the best Yala experience.

Dylan, the driver, made our Yala experience really great. Picked us up at the hotel, drove us to the park and offered to stop in a small store in case we needed water or snacks (we had some with us, bit it is a nice gesture) He knew where to take us to see all the animals, he helped us spot crocodiles, buffalos, many birds, elephants and even a leopard! He brought binoculars (a game changer) and even helped us use them to take pictures with our Iphone. He was really attentive, it really was a great day! (Don't assume seeing a leopard is self explaining, you need luck too!)

Our guide was perfectly on time and knowledgeable of all the key areas of the park. He also shared great information on the local habitat and unique tidbits about the animals in the park. Highly recommend it.

Ishan was a great guide. We were able to lepeords 3 times. A male and female in a tree on separate occasions as well as one crossing the road in the Jungle which Tonia got a great video of. Also elephants quite close including mother and baby elephants as well as lots of other wildlife such as deer, boar, water buffalo, mongoose crocodile and an amazing amount of bird species. He also had bird and wildlife books to show us what we had seen. Friendly interactive and catered to what we wanted to see.

We went on a 2pm - 7pm Safari with Kasun and we were very impressed. The cost was $60 for the jeep (there were 6 seats but there were just 2 of us) and then an additional $35 to get into the park which is paid on the way in. At first, there were lots of jeeps and we were stuck in a queue surrounding elephants which didn't seem great. But this is where Kasun really stood out from the other drivers as he immediately turned around and for the next 3 and a half hours we very rarely saw other jeeps. We were able to see elephants, crocodiles, buffalo, mongoose, wild boar, monkeys and all kinds of birds. With the sun starting to set we were lucky enough to spot an elusive leopard trundling along the road with not another jeep in sight. A truly magical experience that was made possible by the fantastic Kasun who really seemed to care about the animals and gave us the perfect Safari.

We had a fantastic time during the safari, managed to see quite a few animals and admire the natural beauty of the Yala National Park. Many thanks to our brilliant driver Ishan who was clearly experienced, was able to spot many animals that would otherwise miss and move back to forth across the park to ensure we get sight of all animals, including glimpses of a leopard with prey in her mouth! What an experience

From the starting point to the end of the safari (7 hours) you had the same enthusiasm, dedication and commitment to give us the best experience. Great expectation of seeing leopards but the park allows 300 jeeps a day in and any sighting is rapidly shared resulting in 20 or more jeeps around the location in a few minutes. The roads are narrow with bush close to the edge denying good viewing space. Drivers are vey aggressive (mistakingly trying to impress to get tips), leave engines running creating noise and pollution. I hear the Eastern side of the park is better.

This park is oversold the experience is okay but the likelihood of seeing a leopard on a standard safari is minimal The park is great for seeing birdlife and elephants and water buffalo The roads are very poor and the jeep safari is long for what mospeoolde

Kasun was our guide for this tour today (15th Feb) everything ran smoothly and he got us as one of the first to enter the park in the morning. He knew exactly where to take us and made the whole safari interesting, especially when we came across a leopard in the bushes. The park is a busy one and there are many jeeps clambering to get a good position Kasun did this with ease and kept us comfortable. It’s an early start and a long day but totally worth it.

It's a wonderful experience to see the animals roam in the wild. The drivers were well versatile and had great knowledge with the ability to spot various birds and animals. There is also an early morning drive but you would have to be lucky to spot Leopards. We seen elephants jackals crocodiles deer's and various birds

it was a wonderful experience also thanks to Darshana who, with her skills and experience, managed to show us all the animals in the park

We had a fantastic safari with guy Kasun. Great guy, english speaking, professional in safari trips and animals watching. We saw the leopard on the afternoon trip!!!

We had an exceptional good day in the park together with our driver Ishan at Ajith Safari tours. Ishan was a really good driver and had a lot of experience of the animals and where we could encounter them. We saw elephants, a leopard, a big crocodile and serveral other species. Can warmly recommend Ishan and Ajith Safari.

The experience was very enjoyable. Kansu, our driver and guide, was very attentive asking us what we were interested in seeing and making his best to spot those animals and make it a great experience. We saw an elephant family and a leopard, for which he tried a lot until we managed to see it!
