Our family was truly captivated by our tour of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda in Xi'an. The guide was punctual, ensuring we started our journey as planned, and the transport provided was both spacious and comfortable. Very good run through about the different areas we visited, English was splendid and the understanding of everything we went through was clear and interesting. I would recommend this to more people. Even though there were some issues with my communication to the organisers they managed to solve it and give a good tour! This was my first guided tour so likely not my last either 👍

It was a very nice day trip and the Terracotta Warriors was the highlight...Jason was very friendly and my kids aged 9 & 10 were very happy with Jason and the way he explained everything. The Xi'an wall was also nice to get up to but kids could not cycle as there were height restrictions...but still...nice. The trip deserves a 5* but was thinking of giving a 4* due to the van issue (not the driver)..the van was rickety and wobbly in the back.. .. but, Jason guide was so good that I made it 5. Please spend around 20 rmb each on the whisperer device...it was very good to have taken that.

I contacted Grace over wechat (I'm the 40yr old with some Chinese) and it was very convenient to negotiate places and get a recommendation of where to stay. I enjoy staying at hostels, and so I confirmed the ones were near enough to fit with budget. I validated most of the rest of the trip and am able to get around on subways and bus in China, but you may want full service. (we chose full service in Zhangjiajie) I hope most tourists would like to know more about how the Chinese people live, and the famous places are very well run, and are part of the story. Wendy was very professional and easy to understand. I think it was a bit ambitious to bike around the wall in only 1hr, so choose a way, go for 20min, then come back. we stopped at most of the bathrooms just because of the group. We got to meet the man who found the terracotta army! I dont think we would have had the memorable experience without having our guide. A younger group would be able to catch an early bus to huashan and see all peaks, but we were not that group. my legs were jello. very glad to have things explained before hiking. I've seen temples and pagodas and such before, but the suggestions of where to go after were different enough to be interesting. i am guessing we were a tough group to work with because we did a lot of our own planning. We stayed at a hostel (picked to to be close to recommended hotel) and chose G360 train to arrive on, and flight to zhangjiajie after. so we had lots of details to discuss with Grace, and she was very gracious. she also helped us with the zhangjiajie portion. we went in the off season. wear layers.

The tour guide and driver were very nice. The overall tour was very good and a lot of information was given about the history.

The tour was great fun and relaxing. Our tour guide, Noble and driver were awesome. He shared his knowledge of the area and and stories with us. He was also our culinary guide when he brought us to the local food stops to try the local fare. Although our Xian trip was only for 2 days, we learned a lot about this city from him. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested to know and enjoy the beauty of Xian. We will definitely take this tour again to other sites.

It was all perfect but in the next time, please make sure to send the pick-up time in the reminder-e-Mail again. Because it can be, that the Start-Time at 8:00 am suggested that it is the new pick-up-time and for example if the pick-up Time is 9:00 am, then the vistiors think, that they have to go earlier.

An extremely efficient and smooth process before and during the trip. We've received very efficient and fast replies from Sophia Liu when querying about this trip which was a very good start to our trip. We have an English speaking tour guide and a driver that attended to us during our trip and they were always punctual. The guide, Noble, is a very calm and knowledgeable young man, which suits our need for a chill and leisure trip perfectly as we have an elderly family member with us. The driver, Mr Tong, is very warm and friendly and both of them indeed made our trip better. Highly recommend China Xian Tour for its high efficiency and reliability.

We organised tours in Xi'an & Beijing plus booking the high speed train between the two cities & a flight to Shanghai and airport/hotel pickups with chinaxiantours...Everything was perfect, the guides & drivers were great, very knowledgeable & helpful. I have used chinaxiantours twice now & both times have been faultless. It would be difficult to imagine any other company could equal the professionalism of these lovely people.. They helped with the selection of tours at times to suit us and are very flexible, nothing seems to be too difficult for them... Highly recommended....

What an amazing tour agency. Every single question and payment was answered quickly. They did an amazing job, customizing my tour. I added some things and gave them an idea of what I had in mind, and they made the most perfect tour. I know that if I ever go back, I’m choosing them. I even ask them for a quick starbucks run because of my jet lag, and they did it for me.

The private tour was well organised & smooth. The guide explained at great length about the history of the places, in both Mandarin & English, which made the sights all the more interesting for us and our son.

We were very excited about making it all the way to Xi’an as part of our China trip, and overall, this tour upheld our excitement. Our tour guide Nancy was a great companion for us throughout the trip, both in knowledge teaching us about Xian history and in friendliness sharing to us about Xian daily life. We first visited the terracotta warriors factory where we were told we could purchase souvenir warrior figures made in the same way as the original terracotta soldiers. It seemed a little strange to go there before the actual museum but I assumed this was due to the driving route. The next stop at the terracotta warriors museum and site was the best of the tour! If you can only fit in one thing in Xian, the terracotta warriors is definitely it as that alone would make any trip to Xi’an worth the travel. Nancy gave us ample time to go through every one of the five exhibit buildings and further enhanced the experience by feeding us all kinds of history tidbits, pointing out the most authentic pieces and special historic sites of interest, as well as showing us where best to take pictures. After the terracotta warriors, Nancy took us to a local Lintong district restaurant where she ordered us an awesome lunch that was the best we had had with a tour group. We tasted special local delicacies that we had been looking for to have, which included highlights like the famous Xi’an biang biang pulled noodles and pillowy naan like crepes. After lunch we went to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda that was interesting but as an attraction was nowhere near the same level as the terracotta warriors. Our tour tickets also did not allow us to go up the actual pagoda so we could only walk around the smallish area at the base of it. We felt it was something we could have done on our own as we did with the ancient south city wall. However, it is hard to follow up on as stellar an attraction as the terracotta warriors so overall, we still enjoyed our experience immensely. As mentioned earlier, if you can only fit one thing in, the Terracotta warriors museum is the one you cannot miss and we would definitely recommend Nancy to accompany you for it!

Had a fantastic time on our tours to mt.houshan and to the terracotta warriors. We are older group and the tours were not rushed and the guides were very accommodating to our needs. They went out of their way to take us to get xian native cuisine at very low cost..and also took us to reputable store to get phone chargers. Very pleasant and knowledgeable guides and drivers were very good and punctual. We have been to China several times and by far this has been the best trip yet. Thanks Grace..Grace and Kou... I really enjoyed the tour. the tour agent put an itinerary that suits my interest well, although it's quite pack and tiring, but i enjoyed every moment of it. it worth every penny i spent. the tour guide Coffee speaks English that i can understand well, knows his stuff very well. knowledgeable in history and culture. very flexible and give me a lot of tips and notice when necessary.
