We booked this through TUI holidays at the hotel so the transfer was included. We had a great day out and it was worth the entrance fee. I was a bit disappointed with the snuba in the Cenote at $104 (US). It was a short dive and you barely made it into the cave. I’m an experienced scuba diver so that’s may be why I felt it was poor. I won’t be repeating that error again. The rest of the park was good fun and the food was included and it to was pretty good. The kids had a great time and were barely out of the water all day.

This park was so much fun! The transportation gets you there just as the park opens. You have the option to buy the photo package (do it!) And tickets for activities that cost extra. As soon as you walk in, EAT BKFAST! all the food all day long is free and tasty and plentiful! And all the alcoholic drinks start serving at 10am, TOP SHELF! No lie, but pace yourself , you don't wanna be toasty when you are swimming. Follow their agenda of starting off at the top of the river, either snorkeling or on inner tubes. The river is LONG, and if you just float down gingerly, you will take up 1/2 your day. Paths to activities are clearly marked and easy to understand. When it says 10mins to nearest bathroom", they are right! Before you know it, it's lunchtime and you need a rest. Then on to other activities. Drinks close EARLY, so watch the clock for Last Call

Excellent experience. Will definitely do it all over again. Our favorite was the dolphins meet and greet but the whole park was amazing. Seamless experience, no lines for rides, and the photo and video package was superb.

Der Park ist sehr weitläufig, es hat uns sehr gefallen durch einen Urwald laufen zu können um zu den verschiedenen Attraktionen zu kommen. Die Cenoten waren schön zum anschauen und durchschwimmen, zum Schnorcheln bekam man die Ausrüstung gestellt, Zip Line hat Spaß gemacht usw., es gab viele Sitzgelegenheiten, Sonnenstühle und Hängematten. Essen und Getränke waren inklusive und haben gut geschmeckt. ABER uns wurde leider nicht bei der Buchung gesagt dass 10 Attraktionen nicht im Preis inbegriffen sind. Wir haben 130€ pro Person gezahlt, und haben es nicht eingesehen für andere Sachen nochmal extra zu zahlen. Für Spa Anwendungen sehe ich es ja noch ein aber Dinge mit denen geworben wird, z.B. Speedboot fahren oder am Meeresgrund mit Tauchglocken zu gehen, für je stolze 75€ finde ich schon etwas happig. Hinzu kommt, dass bei diesen Attraktionen Fotos gemacht werden, die dann nochmal extra zu zahlen sind. Unterm Strich war es ein schöner Tag, enttäuscht waren wir schon, der Eintrittspreis ist unserer Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt.

Eu amei o parque, ter open bar e ilimited food deixa a experiencia ainda melhor. É lindo, bem conservado e você ve toda a vida marinha possivel, tinha uma arraia embaixo de mim no rio quase morri de medo KKKKK Vale a pena descer o rio na boia, maior aventura

Espectacular, muy bueno. Cumplieron con todo, muy bien conservado. de las mejores actividades que hicimos en Cancun.

Desde el trasporte hasta el día entero en el parque XELHA todo súper bueno, los juegos la comida y sobre todo las actividades fueron de lo mejor, tengo gratos recuerdos que siempre vivirán en mi memoria, gracias Mexico y grupo Xcaret la pase increíble, pronto volveré por una nueva aventura !!! Se aprende mucho de la zona y el parque es hermoso, la comida excelente.. Hermoso para visitar en familia, con amigos o con pareja..

Esta es mi 3ra visita y siempre que voy me vuelvo a quedar maravillada con todas las atracciones y también por el todo incluído. Esta última vez viví la experiencia del Espectacular Tobogán. Magníficoooo...!!!
