This tour was one of the highlights of my three-week trip to Europe. Every variable came together perfectly. Bertrand was a fantastic guide and host. He is passionate about the area, knowledgeable about winemaking, and so happy to share his knowledge and get to know his guests. He has a great sense of humor, is flexible, and easy to be around. The winery and area he took us to was just spectacular with views in both directions. The weather was sunny, but not hot, and the food his mother prepared was a fantasy of perfection! The shaded patio of his home, the rosé wine, the perfect gourmet lunch, and then two dessert options were just mind-blowing. We lucked out to be on tour with five friendly young women and the seven of us felt like the exact number of people to get to know at a table. I felt like I was in an impressionist painting like Renoir’s “Luncheon of the Boating Party.” I highly recommended this experience!

This trip was fabulous, I wish I could give it more stars. Our guide, Bertrand, had great communication prior to the trip, and was very accommodating for us. The tour itself was superb. Bertrand shares a lot of knowledge, he was fun and engaging. We needed the tour in English, and his English is very strong. The vineyards we visited were each excellent, and the wonderful lunch that ended our tour was prepared by Bertrand's mother. Super delicious local product. We couldn’t recommend this tour more highly!!

Perfect tour. As a solo traveler I felt comfortable and safe with this group. The infinite history from our guide was amazing. He took us to an incredible winery where we were the only ones there (!!) and then took us to a secret view point of Pic St Loup which was gorgeous. We even had a HOME COOKED MEAL with more wine for lunch at their family home, it was so gorgeous. I won’t spoil the rest but it was definitely a top highlight of my trip. Thank you!

We picked this on the fly and ended up with our group of 6 and 2 others. Bertrand was amazing!! He gave us great information and access. It felt like a private tour. Both wineries were great. We did a quick pit stop to see amazing views. The lunch was perfection. The food was amazing and the location and company even better. This is the tour for this area. No doubt about it.

We enjoyed our first tour with Bertrand so much that we booked a second tour a week later. If you enjoy wine, and regional history, a tour with Bertrand is a must. Convenient pick up and drop off, excellent food, knowledgeable and personable guide. A joyful experience.

Bertrand was an incredible host and guide. His knowledge and ability to join all the dots on the wine making process from the vine to the glass was impressive. Home made lunch at his family home and a visit to a beauty spot and a mediaeval village were highlights that added a personal touch and made this experience really special! Worth every penny

This tour was fantastic! Bertrand was incredibly knowledge about wine and the region, and an absolutely pleasure to spend time with. I did this tour with a friend, and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The meal was prepared by his wife and was delicious. Another friend took this tour a year ago and had the same great experience. I highly recommend taking this tour, you won’t be disappointed working with Bertrand.

We really enjoyed the tour given by Bertrand Bosc. It was wonderful to see the area of Pic Saint Loup. The wine tour was informative and enjoyable. The tour of the area was great; it is a lovely and picturesque spot. The lunch provided by Bertrand and his wife was delicious and we loved sitting in his beautiful back patio.

Bertrand was a great driver and host of information. I would highly recommend him and have lunch in his home was a pleasant surprise. I left my sunglasses in his car and he drove all the way back to return them

Bertrand, we can not thank you enough for accommodating 2 Saffas on a last minute booking! We had the absolute best time and this was by far the highlight of our time in Montpellier. If you are thinking of booking this tour, stop thinking and just do it!

Bertrand was awesome! He’s local and knows the area! This was one of my favorite things I did in Europe! Definitely worth it!

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience - not your typical tasting ! Collected by mini bus and taken to a beautiful spot where we tried our first wine in the open air and appreciated the lovely views of Pic Saint Loup. (Bertrand spoke with passion about his region and his English was excellent.) Then taken to a vineyard for further tastings, home with Bertrand and served an absolutely delicious meal prepared by his mother A brief visit to Les Matelles, a medieval village and then delivered back to our hotel. The experience was also made even better by having the lovely Leo with us a guest from Barcelona

This is an excellent wine tour and great way to spend a half day if you're in Montpellier. Bertrand was very kind and flexible, and was clearly knowledgable on the wine industry and the Languedoc/Pic Saint Loup region specifically. The tour included visits to two wineries and a delicious meal. I would highly recommend this experience!

Great experience! Small and personal group, with a lot of wine knowledge of France. And ended with an amazing home cooked meal, would do it again.

I would recommend this wine tour to anyone and everyone I know. Bertrand was incredible. He picked us up at our hotel despite Viator saying it was outside of the pickup zone. He was very responsive and eager to provide the best possible experience. Throughout the tour, you will learn so much about the region, the history of Montpelier and how wine is categorized in France. He focuses much more on providing an enjoyable experience and teaching you about the history of the Pic Saint Loup region and less about the “notes” or other features of the individual wine, so don’t feel like you have to be a sommelier to have a really good time. He finishes the tour with a homemade meal as a group at his mothers bed and breakfast and to me, this may have even been the highlight of the trip. His family was very kind and gracious and the food was delicious. I can’t say enough good things about Bertrand’s tour, you have to go and find out for yourself!
